Bloomberg funded Tobacco Atlas full of misinformation about tobacco products

Bloomberg funded tobacco Atlas estimates cigarette smoking killed 6 million last year, but authors deceitfully claim deaths were caused by tobacco use instead of cigarettes, grossly misrepresent health risks and benefits of smokefree tobacco alternatives, demonize tobacco industry, and advocate policies (e.g. 70% tax on all tobacco products) that would create huge black markets and kill more smokers.

Also at the WCTOH in Singapore, WHO Director-General Margaret Chan gave a speech at

that demonized the tobacco industry, falsely claimed "tobacco use" (instead of "cigarette smoking") is leading cause of preventable death, and failed to advocate anything that would actually reduce cigarette consumption.
