I just got a Provari and am having a hard time getting it to turn on. I think it may be because of my batteries (panasonic CGR18650CH) and was hoping to find a fellow vaper that lived in the same town or close by (Bloomington IL) though Normal IL, or surrounding areas would work as well. I am looking to see if anyone (who lives close by) has an AW IMR 18650 that I could try in my Provari to see if it is indeed the battery and avoid me having to either buy new batteries right now, or send the unit to Provape. If anyone knows of anyone or if they are in my area please shoot me a PM, been a rough 2 days with this thing and all i've wanted to do is to use it and give an eGo twist to a buddy (but not having the Provari working hasn't allowed me to do so). Thanks in advance.

I was just doing some reading on that battery with the provari, and it seems like a lot of people are having success with it.

My question is are you using the button top version or the flat top one? The flat top, as far as I can tell, will NOT work in the provari. The button top version will work though. I think this goes for any flat top batteries in the provari though.

Also, don't take this the wrong way, but have you tried pressing the button 10 times very fast to unlock the provari from it's off setting?

good catch on the batts :) how are things going for you?

Hey onry, things are going great for me. I am still breaking in my hh357(6 days now) and am really starting to love this thing!
I am browsing the other sections of ECF since I really haven't explored too far outside the new members section yet. I am currently on the hunt for a new APV and doing a bunch of reading.
How's things going for you? Where are all the "cool" kids hanging out these days?
