From this dual user's perspective, it is challenging to understand how you've 'blown it.' Even a little bit hard to understand. From what little you wrote, it seems like a learning experience that you needed to go through, experientially. Now you know better. You'd have to abandon vaping and not look back for anyone here to think of your situation as 'blowing it.'

vape on, you'll be fine.

after about 5 months of vaping i still smoke cigarettes daily. it has been a slow moving process for me but progress is being made. and hey. you smoked a couple puffs of a cigarette in the past 3 months. that is amazing! think about the hundreds if not thousands of cigarettes that you DIDNT smoke. its not a failure. just a reminder of what your working away from. keep up the good work!

There is no shame in it. It happens to many. Think of all the cigs you did not smoke rather than the one you did.

There are 3 fairly common crises points. They seem to correspond roughly to when varius chemicals from cigs leave our systems.
3 days
3 weeks
3 months

Looks like you hit the 3 month one.

If it helps I keep a bottle of higher nic juice around for just those moments of weakness. It got me through some tough stuff. Maybe you can try that.

In 8 days it will be a year of not smoking (yes not even a puff) and I really want to smoke a cigarette to see if I like it still. Many people do and go back to vape cause they like it much better. I wouldn't beat yourself up, any cig not smoked is a win, plain and simple.

My only fear is I will love the cig and go back to smoking. Doubt I will do it for that reason. A guy can dream though lol.

You won't love the cig. You'll probably gag on it.

A couple of drags after 3 months? Rather than feeling like you let yourself down, think about how well you did for 3 months. Besides, I'm sure the stink on your fingers was enough to keep you from smoking for another 3 months. I took a couple of drags after 2 months of vaping and the stink was with me until I took a shower. The thing is, I didn't even enjoy the drags. All I kept thinking was "Why doesn't this cig taste like blueberries"

hi everyone ive blown it had a couple of drags of the old draw idont feel like i want to smoke it or smoke cigs just i weakness at the time but now i feel i have let myself down and feel really bad about it sorry to you all as well.

Goodness gracious, do not beat yourself up, please.
You have by no means "blown it", you have by no means "let yourself down" and you have no reason whatsoever to be sorry.
You had a few drags off a tobacco cigarette. So what?

Grab your PV, vape on - and always remember that we are all human. :)
