Hello!

Having some issues with one of my Blu 100 batteries.

I charge it up via the Blu USB charger, it charges normally, I wait for the charger to indicate a full charge, and screw on a new Blu carto. When I draw in, the light comes on indicating that I've activated the battery (it stays solid, suggesting it is still charged). However, absolutely NO vapor is produced. I then take that same carto, try it on any one of my 3 other batteries (including a second Blu 100), and it works to perfection. I even take an old carto I have laying around, screw it on to the "faulty" battery, inhale, and vapor is produced (albeit cottony vapor from an emptyish carto).

This isn't limited to just one carto - I've tested 5 full Blu cartos from a recent order, of different flavors, and none work with the new battery - I tested 4 "old" cartos (of varying flavors and brands) with my "faulty" battery, and it's produced vapor.

I have cleaned the battery threadings, yes, and don't see any visible gunk on in the battery or on the cartos.

Any thoughts out there? Could the plate of the battery be a little too low, and not all cartos make contact with it???

the issue would be the carto post... take a glasses screw driver, paperclip or end of a tack or nail file, and use it to ever so slightly lift the center post at the bottom of the carto. it doesnt take much at all even a mm of movement will make a difference but it may take a few tries.

Worked like a charm, thank you! While I'd prefer to not have to do this with every carto I get, I'll just switch it up and treat this battery as my spare battery - good to know it's a "spare" and not "faulty"!

Thanks again!!!
