Blu Cig Pack issue?

I just bought a blucig starter kit, just to check it out and see if I liked it. (I appreciate recommendations on other ecigs, but not in this thread) Here's my issue; Following the directions given to me both on the website and in the materials, I tried charging the pack using the USB and the wall charger. The light on the pack DOES come on...but only every few seconds. It's like a slow flash. Does that mean it's charging? Charged? Busted?

The light on the side of the pack is an indicator for the battery that is charging inside the pack. If it is on then it is charging. If it flashes on and off then the battery is fully charged. The light on the usb cable itself is an indicator for the pack charger. When on it is charging the pack, when off it is fully charged.

Ok, thanks. The instructions weren't that clear. When it started flashing, I was like "uh... does that count as off?"

Yeah I was confused at first too. Turns out that it continually lets the battery drain and recharges it back up to full in order to prevent overcharging. The instructions are technically right when they say that when it turns off its fully charged, but it never stays off for very long- thus causing confusion.
