Hey everyone! My name is Dale Brave, you can search me on youtube to get a holiday laugh! I got a present for christmas of a blu cigg and it wont charge. I plug in the usb cable and the light stays blue, never charges, never turns red. Is there anyone that can help?

    From the website:

"What do the lights on the USB charger indicate?

When the light is red, it means the e-cig battery is charging.
When the light is blue it means the e-cig battery is ready for use."

    Cheers

im guessing you kept trying to use it while it was already low battery. That will cause your battery to die completely and it will not charge. Same thing happens with 18650 batteries and other lithium ion batteries.

It happens. Just remember to check every once in a while what the charge is at. With those devices it can be hard to tell. I only mechanical and box mods so im checking all the time to see what voltage they are at.

Just get a couple batteries as back ups so you can charge one and also vape one at the same time.

We can only learn from our mistakes. Tis what makes us human. If we were all perfect we would be called robots.
