Blu is charging sales tax on every order!

I have a JC Vea that I use at home.
I like having a mini, to use at work and when out.
I'm happy with the Blu Premium 100.
It's way better than other minis.
I bought some more refills from Jet.
Their flavors are good & they are 22mg.
They are also cheaper & ship right away.
I wish I could say the same thing about Volcano.
Ordered 6 boxes of cartos on sale.
They burn on the Blu batteries.
They work on the smaller Jet batteries.
But the flavor & vapor sucks.
Blu might be a rifoff for refills.
But at least the juice is good & they work.
I guess it's my fault, for placing a large order with Volcano.
But they told me that they were compatible.
Their Inferno case is perfect for my Vea though.
So it's not a total loss.
I'm going to order blank 510s from JC.
Hopefully they'll work with my mini bats.
Then I can be done with the prefilleds for good.

I realized that the 510 JC blanks were not cartomizers.
They must have a deal with Blu not to sell blanks.
Can anyone recommend a blank carto, that will work with Blu Premium 100? Something that's easy pop open & refill.
