Blu really crossed the line for me!

Blu is crap if you want to go for something like blu go for volcano. Blu really ...... me off big time! first they sent me the wrong color batteries and told me I can use the one I have until my exchange comes in (I actually have a e-mail stating that even!) and now I was just informed I have to return what I have to exchange my Blu (also having to pay shipping w/o being credited for it) and I wont get my exchange until I mail it in! (in my opinion bad bad customer service!) I WILL be speaking to a supervisor tomorrow! I better be getting a money back guarantee or I'm going to be ......! Their live chat in my opinion is a joke and the phone rep is nice but needs to clarify stuff before saying its ok to use the product! <--Angry Ash :evil:

Good luck getting your cash back...highly unlikely.
I let a smoker at work try the Copper, she liked it, other than it's to big for her.
A $170.00 later she comes to work with a Blu. Boy, was she disappointed. She tried the refund, they wouldn't do it.

Chalk it up to lesson learned. I started vaping by spending whopping $150 on an SE unit, but it got me vaping, so I'm happy about that.

Ok so it took 10 mins for the freakin supervisor to understand what my problem was exactly.

Supervisor: Well the e-mail the rep sent you with the attachment, the form said on the top "your exchange with not be processed without your exchange"

I told her I have a e-mail of that but in that same e-mail I was also told I only had to fill it out once I received my exchange. I told her either I want my replacement and I'm not paying for the shipping, or I want my money back.

I should be getting an e-mail by tomorrow what is going to happen.
Believe me I'm far from done with this issue.

And pulling my hair out.... my guy really wanted Blu (the pack itself sold him) and as a x-mas gift I got it (he gets a battery and I get one kinda thing) he really likes Blu but at the same time he's ...... with the customer service.

So now I'm trying to look to see other options if we do end up getting my money back. All I know is I'm still angry. I have a SE, 510 (modded I think) and a Blu.... the SE is my normal day to day e-cig, the 510 I'm having some issues with (taste issues, prolly the atty) and the throat hits are a tad bit too harsh for me and the Blu is o-k but I'm really thinking about trying to get something else if I can. I am a bit afraid with who I buy from now because of getting ripped off so many times. It's really discouraging me.

Round 2!

So I was waiting for the supervisor to e-mail me today with if they were going to send me a paid envelope for my exchange and no e-mail. I called today and the rep was honest with me and told me she has never seen them send a paid envelope and their currently out of the black batt stock until January.... I would still have to wait till Monday for a yay or nay on the paid shipping.....

I'm just going to fill out the RMA form and return it. I'm not happy with the fact that I have to pay for shipping but I'm not going to keep waiting till my 30 day money back is up.

My printer isn't working so I'm going to have to find one that works soon.

You've been on this forum a long time now. Why would you order a Blu?

The only reason why I got it was because my guy wanted it (the pack itself won him over) and I heard rumors that their shipping issues were resolved now.

Yes, I should have known better but I also wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt thinking maybe they were caught up on their stuff. I try to be an open-minded person but in cases like this I end up being gullible. Lesson learned.

The shipping wasn't an issue for me, the issue was, was they shipped me the wrong color batt and pack and didn't provide a spare pack but got the cart colors right. I was also given lots of false information and that's what really turned me off.

Just to warn those who has ordered a black Blu don't expect it to get to you till Jan, their out of stock of those till then.

What kind of professional company (saying in general) who is out of stock on something still proceed to sell a product and take in the cash for it anyways???

I started out with the blu they sent me they sent me the right color the only problem was both my batts crapped out with in three weeks of getting it they sent me new ones. One was doa so they sent me another one. Then after another two weeks they both shat out again. Then to add the fire on the flame of a wasted investment they sent me a notice stating that i have carefully dispose of my battery charger and that it could possibly explode they wouldnt replace my battery pack thats not acceptable. Also after I tried the 510 that one of my buddies had at work it just didnt match up. hopefully no one else falls victim to this lower than par quality product go with the 510 deffinately a better built product. My 510 lasted for 4 months before one of the batts quit working and the other one is still going strong.:D
