Hi..I am new here..but not new to vaping so much. As many of us..I started with the original blu starter kit. Moved on..I currently use the eroll as my main vape..but love trying everything lol. I really did like blu..just wasn't powerful enough. But I loved the cherry crush flavor..and the new cherry disposable is great (and more satisfying). I saw blu + will be out next week. It is a bigger battery with pre filled "tanks" that come in packs of 3. Battery lasts longer, more e juice in the tanks and rapid charging in the pcc. Oh..and the nic level is finally up to 24mg! I am really hoping they have improved it cause I always want the cherry flavors..and if it is as satisfying as the disposable..I may have to give blu another shot. They pre sold some to blu reward members..anyone get one early and would care to do a small review? Just wanted to see if anyone out there has more information on this new product. Thank you!

I started out with blu but I was not at all satisfied
I couldn't get enough vapor, the carts are expensive, the batteries didn't last, the flavor was good I just couldn't get satisfied using it. Not until I got a tank system was I then able to actually quit smoking. It's been 9 months now I've been smoke free. The tank systems allowed me to get the vapor I needed, the battery lasted all day and the juice was half the cost of blu carts. Now I've moved coward in my vapeing i make my own ejuice, and wind my own coils. It's worked out really well for me. I'm glad to hear blu is improving hopefully those issues will be addressed. I'm not familiar with their new product I just wanted to chime in and let you know you have many many options available to you if blu isn't satisfactory for you. Many of those options are less costly than the blu system. Just keep in mind there are so many other systems available to you that I'm certain you could find one to fit. Also ejuice is half the cost of the blue cartridges and with ejuice you have litterly thousands of flavor combinations avaible to you while blu only gives a few . That's a really great part about the tank systems! Before spending the money on the blu you might consider giving the tank systems a try. They are really great and really helped me quit smoking. If you have a vape shop in your area, not a smoke shop but vape shop, I suggest you go look around at some of the avaible systems they have before you decide on the blu.you might try some e juice there as well. You might find for the same price or less as blu you can get a really nice set up that will be more satisfying to you. You might be suprised. But what ever YOU are happy with that's what you should go with. But before you spend the money on blu, you might take a look at what's avaible.best to you. I hope this is helpful. I wish you the very best! I'm writing this based on my own experiences with blu. Everyone is different . I just thought it might be helpful to Reaserch different units before you spend the money on blu.best wishes to you.

You are contemplating buying a prefilled clearomiser product from a Tobacco company?

If you want to vape Blu liquids (can't blame anybody for taking a choice over flavor) just buy a nice APV and don't give your hard earned $ to the big boys.

Blu are spending £20,000,000 to OBLITERATE the competition in the UK, running all the 'real/non-tobacco' e-cigarette companies out of town. Please don't support this.

Yeah, they claim the new "tanks" are twice as much liquid than the cartos. They come in packs of 3. I am guessing they took the cotton out to be bale to call it a tank. I know that they are making there own juice now, JC has the old blu flavors for sale, but the highest right now is 1.6% (same as old kits). The liquid in the new cherry disposables is the new blu e juice. It is good! I will just order the old blu flavors from JC if they expand to 2.4% from 1.6%.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, cardsfan300, this forum is so anti big tobacco all many will do is put it down before learning about it. I've been saying for a while I think big tobacco will eventually come up with something truly innovative. In actuality I think they are trying to compete with Vuse. More on that in a minute. I think they also see the writing on the wall that cigalikes just don't cut it once people try better products.

I got curious and looked into it.

First thing I found out is not only are they introducing the Blu Plus+ (stupid naming since that actually reads as blue plus plus) but they have a "social" premium line I hadn't heard about. The premium line has two types, just premium and premium 100, both of which have been available online for a while. The 100 is bigger battery and carto as well as it appears to give better vapor (I can't be sure since I haven't tried it and don't want to pay the $90 to try it). The social feature both have is odd. Apparently you can turn on the social feature and it starts attempting wireless communication. If you get within 50 feet of someone else with a premium kit (and the social feature on) your battery pack will begin vibrating and the light flashing. Why? I don't know.

The plus seems to be the same size as the 100 or slightly bigger. They haven't been clear what makes it "better" but have given hints. Strange marketing tactic to me but I guess non-vapors and people using cigalikes don't have the "technical" knowledge we have on this board.

The so called tank seems to be a cartomizer that isn't completely packed with filler. This is one of the unclear parts. I would like to know how they seal the liquid so it won't leak and still wick it to the coil. I'd also like to know more about that coil which appears to be a vertical.

I got a freebie of Vuse and though the taste is horrible, it has the best draw and throat hit than anything that size. The board in the carto does seem to accomplish something. Blu seems to have done something to compete with that but , again, the marketing hype isn't clear. They did say the revised electronics improve battery life and seemed to hint it also does something to give better draw. But the vuse can be purchased and tried for $10. Blu's model would indicated you are going to have to shell out a lot more than that just to try it.

It isn't clear to me if the social feature is on the plus but when I saw how that worked I noticed the social feature button appears absent on the plus.

Overall, though there seems to be some improvements to the product I just have no interest in spending that much money to test a product for which the hinted at improvements aren't clear to me. Hell, I probably wouldn't pay to try it even if I did get a full picture of what makes it different.

But if you are a happy cigalike user it does sound like it might be a better product.

It was hard to find but this is the page blu PLUS+ | Simple Satisfaction. Now, #ThatsAPLUS!

The most interesting thing about the plus is when you scroll down that page some of the graphics move and change but that has nothing to do with the product itself, just the web design.

Thank you for your advice..like I said I use the eroll now and love it. I vape 24 mg halo tourqe, but I just love the blu cherry crush flavor. I am ok with spending a bit more money to use something that I really like. I am just hoping the new blu kit satisfies the way a tank system does. Thank you for your advice tho!

How many other brands and variations of cherry flavors have you tried?
