I posted in comments on your vid, but I've had nothing but good experiences with Volcano. They honored their warranties when I had issues with a charger.

I was using their v-mini cigs just last week and that's after using them on and off for nearly a year!

i had nothing but problems with my kit last year and they wouldnt return my emails,maybe things have changed i like the looks of the inferno and have heard good things about it but untill i try and deal with there customer service again i will not give the smokin seal of approval as i am a straight up honest reviewer i would never bash a company unless i had a really bad experience, im trying to get a inferno from them to review if u had a good experience then maybe they are getting better thanks for the comment
