Heres my experience with the blucig kit I purchased.

I think that you're probably right. For its size it works OK. Its small, even for a super mini. I have the Volcano, not the Blu but they're pretty close. Its not the best, but for what it is, it works pretty well. Try screwing a 510 atty on some time, while it lasts, its not bad.
