Kate, I may have to start wearing black and carry a big stick. My daughter's house was broken into early this morning (she leaves for work at 4am and came home around 7am because she had to meet the electrician. The police say it must have been a kid, because they fit through a small window and didn't break the glass or bend the frame. The fact that all that was missing was an I pod and a game boy system was a clue..
My daughter's neighbor went to every house on the block and found that 5 of 7 of them were also broken in to over the last few months. Mom lived there until last year when she came up here. I hate to think what would have happened to a frail old lady alone in the house..if it hadn't been a kid.

I never thought about how the local law enforcement would think about it. Granted I have the white 510, so it looks similar from a distance. I did go to Walmart the other day and I used it inside the store. I also happened to drop it, and when I left the store got in my car, I realized it was gone, and I ran back in and back tracked but no luck finding it on the ground. Luckily someone had turned it into lost and found. I told them it was an inhaler, looked like a Bic pen.

I guess we must remember to keep a set at home just in case...
