Blue Foam

I have been looking all over these boards for instructions on how to make a regular blue foam cart mod but all I see is the "slug" instructions (which I do plan to try but not right away). I know you all have probably been asked this a million times and I apologize if this is a repeat, but I'm still new. I bought the Marineland size U blue foam today and am dying to try it! Is there any threads with instructions on a regular blue foam cart mod? Or any video's???

Thank you Eclypse....that was extremely helpful! I am going to try it today. I am so sick of the standard filling sticking to my atty and getting that burnt taste...yuk!

All I can say is WOW! This blue foam stuff works soooooo much better than that factory stuffing!!! One cart full has already outlasted my battery charge!!! I'm happy
