Blue vapour....?

Hey guys i got some 24mg eliquid from a uk supplier and the flavour is RY4, the vapour BEFORE inhaling is blue, after inhaling its white.

a) Is the blue vapour caused by over heating?
b) Is the blue vapour dangerous?
c) This ONLY happens using a CE3

Ok so spoke to the company who provided the liquid who said that the CE3 is at fault and not the liquid.

My other liquid works 100% great with the CE3s, wouldnt this mean that its the liquid?
They said they'd test the liquid with an atty which i have already done and works ok, but i hate attys! lol so im a bit at a loss really arent i?

If Anyone is interested in 20ml of RY4 24mg (its been opened and approx 10ml used) then let me know!
