Venkman, it's all good. Epic name btw, my good friend has a dog named Winston, after the great Winston Zeddemore. We're both big Ghostbusters fans.

Day 5 - Pina Colada
I've only ever had a few pina coladas in my time (doesn't feel right if you're not in some tropical vacation spot), but this is pretty accurate. The best part is that it doesn't have the coma inducing sweetness of a virgin colada but instead tastes like it should have alcohol in it. good vapor production, no throat hit, and a slight coconut after taste. A good flavor, but I don't think I'll pick up any more, just not really a flavor I would feel like vaping on a random day. If you happen to love pina colada though I can't see how you can go wrong with this one.

the ghostbusters were my favorite when I was a kid...in fact, let's be honest, they are still my favorite.

I'm gonna have to try the pina colada. I was vaping robacco at a bar the other night. While robacco is one of my favorite vapes, and i think it is very tasty, I will admit that it has an odd scent. "Hamster ....," as my girlfriend calls it. So, the bartender commented on the off smell, and said "you need to get some coconut in there!" I'll have to get some pina colada and fill that bar with some coconutty goodness.

Day 7 - Peanut Butter
Of the 16 sample flavors there were two that I really wanted to work out. Vanilla, which I get to try tomorrow, and peanut butter. I'm sad to say that this flavor doesn't resemble any brand of peanut butter that I've ever had (not that I travel the country searching for the perfect peanut butter or anything, I've only had the generic Jif, Skippy, and Trader Joe's brand). The initial flavor is something like roasted peanuts, and the after taste adds a cream flavor, but it just doesn't taste like what I wanted it to. Too creamy at the end, and I have a feeling the extra flavor option wouldn't do it any good. Otherwise good vapor, no throat hit.

FWIW, I think that peanut butter might be one that really needs time to blend. I've been afraid to try it because I always thought it might taste like you described. I'm glad it was you, not me!

Yeah, I still haven't gone there yet. Just got over my cold and don't want to get sent straight back there, LOL! I smell it every couple days though. Smells like the real deal.

Day 8 - French Vanilla
I've tried at least a dozen vanillas from as many sites, and only two have ever come close to being right. PG vanilla from healthcabin was the first, and when I switched to VG I eventually found Rath Vanilla, and that was my staple until I ran out of places to find it. Bluemist french vanilla isn't as good as either of those, but 3rd place still gets you a medal. It's a careful balance between too sweet and too rich, and this is just a bit more rich than it needs to be. I plan on trying the purevapes vanilla when I'm done with all my bluemist samples, but if that isn't up to snuff then I'll be buying more of this. No throat hit, good vapor. Why the hell is it so hard to get vanilla right?

Interesting side note, on the advice of another forum member I added Vanilla to a few other flavors to use as an enhancer with tolerable results. Then I added it to the coconut cream and for some reason it just works. For me at least, your own results may vary.

Hope you try the Carmel Tobacco I ordered some and every time I open the bottle it's like I just took the top of a bottle of Jack Daniels, smells exactly the same and strong. I'm tempted to email and ask what the proof is on it lol. I don't think steeping is going to help either. I've had it since Thanksgiving and it hasn't changed.

Day 8 - French Vanilla

try mixing it with the peanut butter. i happen to really like bluemist's peanut butter, but I didn't particularly care for the french vanilla. i mixed them, and i found the result quite tasty, as did some friends of mine. it also mixed very well with strawberry i had from a different vendor.

Interesting thread! With the special they ran just before Christmas, I received several sample sizes of their liquids. I've waited a while for them to steep and have just recently started testing them out. I have found the same thing livethechoice has. The amount of flavor and th vary a great deal from flavor to flavor. All of the flavors I've tasted so far produce a good amount of vapor. So far I've only tried 4 of the flavors. They are all 16mg vg based.

The cinnabun was kind of so-so. It was a really mild flavor. I liked it ok, but it was really a bit boring imo.

The English toffee was pretty good. It had a bit more flavor than the cinnabun. There wasn't a big th, but the flavor was pretty good.

Maple Pancake has been my favorite so far. It has a good th and a definite maply pancake flavor. I can't honestly say I liked this flavor as well as similar flavors I've ordered from a couple of other vendors, but it is definitely a good vape.

The caramel apple is another flavor I liked. I have found apple flavors tend to be a gamble for me. I don't really like them if they are too tart. The bmv version is just about right with just the right amount of caramel flavoring.

Day 9 - Vanilla Cream
I don't have much to say about this one, I couldn't take more than a dozen puffs before I had to flush it. Too sweet, too creamy. Like Uber Cream Soda, gave me a headache.

On the bright side, Venkman your idea worked amazingly. Who would have thought combining two mediocre flavors (peanut butter and french vanilla) could produce something so good? Much obliged.

Ohhhh . . . I hope you didn't mix the whole bottle of french vanilla with the peanut butter. I've found a couple that I did not like, but after a month of sitting, the flavor completely changed into awesome sauce! Just sayin'. If you still have some, hide it for a while, then come back and visit it later. I'd love to hear if it got better.

I like BM's Vanilla Cream. Its also better when made w/his Vanilla Mint. I do have Purevapes coming. I'll have to decide who has the better Vanilla. Taste is so subjective

Yeah I'm thinking something was up with the mix, after all it was the holidays. I've never heard anyone else say that either and I don't see how anyone couldn't notice so it probably is just my mix.

When I was using the pre-filled blu carts, I really liked the vanilla they used. Their flavors come from Johnson Creek, so I was thinking of checking them out and seeing if they have a vanilla. If so, I hope it tastes like what was in the carts because it was a true vanilla and just slightly sweet. If you happen to check it out before I do, can you tell us what you think? Oh, I'm currently using an eGo, which I love.

Blueberry cough syrup. Might age well, but I'm not so into the medicinal after taste.
I really hope my last six days aren't all duds.
