So I ordered a couple sample packs from Bluemist that arrived today, this is what I got:

3 mL, 16 mg, 80/20 PG/VG, Regular Flavor Strength
Rootbeer Float
Lemonade
French Vanilla
Caramel Apple
Buttercream Cupcake

10 mL, 24 mg, 80/20 PG/VG, Regular Flavor Strength
Peach
Pineapple
Blueberry
Raspberry
Watermelon

Plus they threw in a free sample of Caramel Apple Tobacco, 6 mg.

So far I've tried the Vanilla, Rootbeer, Pineapple, Watermelon, and Peach. I'm not very impressed. The Rootbeer just tastes weird, the Pineapple is super harsh and doesn't have much flavor, the Watermelon doesn't taste like fruit, the Peach has a tiny bit of promise but it's not quite there. The Vanilla is what I'm using right now, and I can't decide if I like it or not. It's usable, but I need more time before I make up my mind about it.

The other three companies I've tried are MyFreedomSmokes, Viking Vapor, and Juicy Vapor. MFS was the first supplier I used and where I got my original starter kit. I made the mistake of getting 100% PG because I was a noob. The flavors were pretty good, but harsh TH and little vapor because of all the PG. I ordered from Viking Vapor at the same time. Got the RY4, Waffle, Apple Smoke, and Strawberry Kiwi. Due to a shipping issue (my fault, not theirs, customer service was awesome), I didn't get this until after my first Juicy Vapor package. I've ordered twice now from Juicy Vapor. The first time was some various fruit flavors as well as a few dessert and beverage flavors in PG/VG Mix and 20 mg. At this point I figured out that I mostly prefer fruit flavors, although I'm still giving the other flavors a chance. I really like the Prickly Pear Peach, but it seems to discolor and gum up my Vision Nanos more than any other juice I've tried. After that I got my VV package. I love the Strawberry Kiwi, by far the most intense flavor yet. I think I would have liked the RY4 if it was the first juice I tried, but I had been off cigarettes for a little over a week at this point, and the tobacco flavor just wasn't for me anymore. The waffle has a great buttery flavor, but not an all day vape. The Apple Smoke is just not for me, although I'm sure some people like it. I ordered more fruit flavors from VV today, I'm hoping they're all as intense as the Strawberry Kiwi.

So, sorry for the rambling, but I thought the background might be useful. I tried Bluemist because they have great prices (especially compared to JV), but so far I'm less than thrilled. For those of you that enjoy Bluemist, do you steep your juices? Steeping hasn't been necessary for any of my juices so far, so I can't really tell if steeping might help with these or if they're just not going to work for me. I really wanted to like Bluemist, and I had heard decent reviews, but no one mentioned if steeping was needed. Any input would appreciated.

Also anyone have recommendations for where I should try next? I've been looking at Highbrow Vapor and Vapor Bomb and I think I'll probably give one them a try this week. If anyone could recommend a site with great fruit flavors I will be forever in your debt. :p Good dessert flavors would also be nice, specifically a nice, rich, smooth vanilla. I could care less about tobacco flavors, though.

That ended up being a lot more text than I planned on, and I know what the collective attention span of the internet population is like, so thank you if you actually read all that. :D

I agree, BlueMist sucks, big time. I've been spoiled, getting my juice only from ThePinkSpot for a some time now. They've got the cleanest, most flavorful, absolutely perfect and true to life flavors, I've ever tried. Pricey, but I'm starting to realize, you get what you pay for. The only reason I tried BlueMist is because I believed the positive reviews. Either they don't have taste buds or they simply haven't had the pleasure of trying an exquisite juice like ThePinkSpot. I just can't stress enough, and I spend more money than I really want to, but I just can't stomach any others, so far. I'll probably try a few more suppliers before I become an exclusive PinkSpot customer. But the only way I'll buy elsewhere is if I find similar quality, less expensive. If ThePinkSpot offered lowered prices, I'd stop looking elsewhere, altogether.

I don't have any input on the BMV or JV as I haven't tried their juices, but if you're looking for some really good fruit flavors, check out Vape-A-Licious! Most of her juices are good right out of the mailbox and are very flavorful. AG's Dream, Gooey Butter Cake are some really good desserts of hers.

Highbrow is awesome, I received one order from them so far and the orange de sangre is insane good. I have heard their vanillas are quite good as well and all of the juices are customizable.

I would also let the BMV juices sit for 10 days or so and check back, steeping just may bring out the flavors a bit more.

Good luck!

BMV is horrible. Stuff they gave me tastes like nail polish remover or something. They told me I just needed to let it steep. Nope. It's been 10 months and it smells just as poisonous as it did on day 1. It's simply unvapable.
I'm even willing to give it to people, just so they can see how much I got gypped.

Worst $50 I ever spent.

Most Bluemist juices that I've tried (16mg 80/20) have left me with a burning sensation on the back of my throat and on my tongue after vaping for a while. I don't know if it's a peppery nic base or alcohol based flavoring. With a month of steeping the Smooth juice settled down. Belgian waffle, Buttery Nipple and Cookies & Cream haven't. The frustrating thing is that I got an 8mg Cookies & Cream sample and loved it, then got the burn when I ordered a 180ml bottle at 16mg. I'm going to leave it open for a couple days and hope for the best.

I've been using Vapor Bomb Blueberry and Vanilla and both are very good at 50/50. I like their Caramel Candy also but it does get gummy eventually in an atty, but I put up with that 'cause it's tasty!

I placed an order with Highbrow earlier this week, sadly it won't be here until Tuesday, since Monday is a postal holiday. I got Orange de Sangre, Peach Thymbra, Grandpa Dave's Pomegranate, Cheesecake Torte, and Vanilla Bourbon Bean. Super excited to give them a try. And I received my order from Viking Vapor today: Strawberry Kiwi, Watermelon, Peach, Cheesecake, Vanilla, and Strawberry. Tried everything except the Cheesecake and so far they're great. I'm never ordering from Bluemist again. They're cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. PinkSpot and Vape-A-Licious are both on my list to try.

I'm very picky about BMV juices, I wouldn't order just anything. I stick with Caramel Tobacco and Belgian Waffle usually. I get a few 30ml bottles to supplement my more expensive juices. Generally, no, steeping does next to nothing for me. I vape them right away. I have had BMV juices with a strong alcohol/perfume smell, you might want to let those sit for a night or two with the cap off.

BMV sucks? I don't think so. But I also don't vape all those weird flavors (I did try maple bacon last night.. yep tastes like bacon).

I stick to what I like, and only venture out of my box occasionally, mostly vaping blackjack and caramel tobacco. I went through a phase early on trying all kinds of different flavors and found out quickly, that some take over your atomizers... and atomizers at the time were expensive. So flavor and tastes are a very subjective thing. I finally found liquid that doesn't kill my atomizers, is priced like it should be, and that I enjoy. Eventually you will also. GLWY search.

BMV is awesome...I got a few juices from them and thought the same as the OP. After letting them steep for a few days the flavors came alive and is now one of my #1 vendors for juice. They make their juice right before they ship it is why it dosen't have much flavor and you must steep them. At $10 per 30ml bottle for this delicious juice you can't go wrong. Try their Cafe Caramel, Cookies and Cream or Caramel Tobacco...they are very enjoyable.

All of ECBlends juices have an underlying taste I can't quite pin-point, kinda clove-like. But sadly most of their tobacco flavors are very perfumey.

I have to agree with the odd underlying taste. I'm still new to vaping, but my experience with ECBlends flavors has not been good. They get some good reviews, but their juice is cheap and that may be why. I won't be ordering any new flavors from them. If you're looking for quality of taste vs. low cost, I wouldn't recommend them.

Bluemist juice is an outstanding value juice. 180mls for $30 is outstanding. They are not as good as more expensive vendors, but if your looking for large quantity for low prices to cut your juice costs BMV is great.

You need to let their juices steep for a month. They don't taste right without a good long steep.

Personally, I like Caramel Tobacco, Robacco, Robacco Caramel, Rob's Blackjack, Peach, and Cake Batter.

Look BMV, like any other vendor, will have some juices you like and probably most you will not like. I have tried about 10 of theirs, and I love the vanilla mint, the smooth, peppermint, and cherry ice is also pretty good. Those that I don't like at all are mojito, big island drink, peach, jamaican rum, and premium tobacco. The PT is far too "nutty" of an aftertaste and the others are too sweet and tickle my throat.

If you try them all, I imagine you'll find one you like and many you don't. I am not suggesting you try them all and waste that money of course, and perhaps other vendors like Pink Spot are more consistently tasty. I don't know.

Just my 2 cents.

And I have been looking for exactly that... Rob sent me Morley as a sample, and TBH, I like it OK, but I wanted a nutty tobacco. Specifically a peanut brittle taste.
My opinion is that BMV's Dekang Type Tobacco is kinda nutty. It's a little dry, but I generally add some things like cotton candy (EM) from my DIY box.

With BMV, I've always bought the 100VG at the next highest nic than I vape with the extra flavor (15%). When I get them I thin them with ~22PG ~3PGA and add some complimentary flavors. I consider Bluemist my #1 e-juice supplier, because they give a solid, flavorful base for me to tweak to my liking. Right now, I'm vaping a caramel apple tobacco that stems from Caramel Tobacco, RY4, Lorann's apple and BMV's Caramel DIY falvor. It's quite yummy, but tastes nothing like the original liquids came as.

I can and will vape the straight eliquid from Bluemistvaping, but I prefer more complex flavors. I'd have to cut the nic I order at, so that's the avenue I travel. None the less, I'll be a customer for as long as they'll have me!

I love the hypermint. I have bottles of caramel tobacco and Rob's Blackjack steeping. Hypermint is excellent right out of the box.

Oh my, can't believe I forgot to mention the Hypermint, it's right up there with the smooth and the vanilla mint with me! Doh!
