I ordered five big bottles of juice on the 25th, taking advantage of their amazing Thanksgiving sale.

I had a bit of trouble with the checkout and had to do it twice. This ended up charging my card twice. I noticed this on the 27th and contacted the supplier. I got my response within 24 hours (while he was celebrating Thanksgiving with his family) stating he noticed and had already canceled the duplicate payment.

My order shipped on the 28th and got to me today. The duplicate payment is also no longer on my bank account. Overall I am extremely satisfied, especially since this all took place while the supplier was celebrating the holidays. Two thumbs up! (juice is also delicious)

yes, i had a mix up once and he went above and beyond in making it right. he definately is a great vendor
