Taste in juices is so remarkably subjective that it seems to be a case of trial and error for every juice.

I'm an AVE fan. Gorilla juice and Hype are in two Reos right now on my desk. I also like Boba's, but I'd take GJ over it any day. In my experience, AVE tobacco juices don't change like some others do, most notably BWB. However, it is premium juice that has a big following here. You'll be able to move it with no problem. You might get more for your money if you traded it for a juice you like.

I honestly liked it at first but it wasn't a juice that I would buy again. It was only good for the time being. NOW, Bounty Hunter is another story...

You should give that a try.

I intend to get a hold of some Bounty Hunter if I find a good opportunity. I did however just get a good deal on some Gorilla Juice from the classies. I'm pretty stoked to try it too.

Mr. White, that's a good call on trading for something else I might like. Either way, I don't think I'll regret it unless I fall in love and can't afford more before I run out, lol.

I was not a fan of Bobas on a LR 306. Just recently chaged to 6 volt and Boge 3 ohm cartos on my Grand and it is waaaay better. I did like BWB on 3.7, but it is much better on 6 volt as well with the Boge 3 ohms.
If you would like to experiment: Amazon.com: Kits: 6 RCR123A 3.0V 750mAh LiFePO4 Rechargeable Batteries with a Smart Charger: Camera & Photo

BOGE 510 CARTOMIZERS 3 OHM (5 PACK) BOGE 510 CARTOMIZERS 2.8OHM (5 PACK) [BOGE510CART(5PACS)] - $5.95 : VapeLite your source for Boge quality electronic cigarettes, Boge electronic cigarettes = the best vaping experience I have had yet, by far!

BTW, most tobacco flavors need to steep for some time.

It doesn't need to steep.

I start vapin on it the day the bottle arrives and it tastes just like its supposed to.

It took me a few months to love it though.

I can do it every which way.

1.5Ω @ 3.7
2Ω carto @ 3.7
2.3Ω 510 @ 5v
3.5Ω 510 @ 6v
3Ω carto @ 6v

Each of those taste different but they all taste fantastic to me.
I have to buy multiple 100ml bottles per order. If Ben offered a 500ml I would probably go for that.

And I learned the hard way a long time ago ..... I don't care if 1000 people say its the best juice ever ....
Start with a sample size !! :)

I also learned not to give up or sell/trade juice unless i've tried it a few times over several months.

Some can come back and surprise you. My other all day vape I hated the first few times.

Well, I just got my first Boba's in the mail. Fired it up at 3.7 on an ego dripping into a sr 510 atty and just wasn't performing like it should, so no judgement yet. Then I tried it @ 4.2 with the same atty on my new ego style vv passthrough and still wasn't doin it for me, it seems like the flavor is there and tasty but just not hittin the performance level I'm looking for. So. . . finally threw the same atty on my grand at 6 volts and yes, this aint bad. My one question right now is what the heck is this bottle made of? You can't squeeze it for crap. Why do they give you this drip nozzle thing if you can't squeeze anything out of the bottle? No worries. So far, the flavor is different anything I'd normally vape, but not bad at all. Like a lot of the reviews I've read, it seems to have a lot different flavors that are hard to pin down. I think I'll reserve final judgement, but it looks favorable at the moment. Thanks for all the advice and opinions. I'll keep you informed.

yeh, I think ben is getting dropper tops, or at least i think... I just use a dropper top from halo juice. the dropper to fits perfectly with no spills or leaks. my experience with bobas is that it was awesome the first drop I had, and awesome the last drop I had. it is my all day vape and I cant ever see getting over it. here is my thing... the flavor has changed and evolved, but it has nothing to do with the juice steeping, just my tasted adjusting to it. at first it tasted like some kind of pipe tobacco blend. now it tastes like a cigarette with a hint of doctor pepper (my favorite flavor of soda). nobody seems to know why tastes for juice change, but i would suggest (if you can stand it) vaping through one mini or grand bottle before making a judgement to get rid of it or let it sit on a shelf for a year. just put it through the paces, of course all this is IMHO and if you can stand to vape that much of it.

Yeah, I had to use a syringe to load up a new carto and mini bottle. So far I like it. I can see how it could be an acquired taste. My wife didn't like how hot and heavy the vapor was with a Resurrector carto on the Mini, but I really like it. She was never a smoker though and is not used to that feeling as much, I guess. She did admit that the flavor wasn't bad, just not for her. I'll come back with more after I finish this 3ml mini bottle.

Try this with the 30ml bottle with the drip nozzle in place:

1--Take an empty bottle you can squeeze--6ml, or bigger if you've got it.
2--Turn the 30 upside down so the nozzle makes a nice seal in the empty bottle--which is upright.
3--Squeeze the little bottle.
4--The air forced out of the little bottle will go into the big bottle and juice flows out easily.
5--Repeat as necessary.

I agree with you OP.

I don't find the taste bad or anything... the taste is just... interesting. It's a bit too heavy for my tastes. I had it on my Reo most of the day but ended up having to change out bottles back to Ecopure Rich before the day was up... I'll keep my bottle around for a later time for when the mood strikes, but I'm certainly not in love. (I am in love with my new Reo, though! What a great mod!)

Well I got some juice from BWB too, and Im not too crazy about those either! I got honey flue cured, hazle nut tobacco and vanilla bean. I think Im going to let them sleep for a week and give them a try again.
You need to try 555 Exotic, Virginia, and BacKo. No steep necessary.

I don't like Boba's either, but love his Havana Gold.

Its my all day vape and I get in 100ml bottles. Don't even worry about not liking it or think you stuck with it. Put it in the classys at a fair price and it will go quick! :)

It is the only thing me and my wife have vaped for the last six months. No more trial and error, no more washing out atties trying to get the taste out. I found heaven and am sticking with it.

Good call, but it turns out, after just finishing my first 3ml bottle of Boba's on the Mini, I love this stuff! Strangely enough, it seems to taste like a honey-raisin flavor to me. It's certainly different, but I can see why so many people love this stuff. Like I mentioned before, this may or may not be a good thing. I'm trying to move towards DIY for the cost benefit, but unless someone can suggest a close recipe, I may have to splurge every now and then for some BB. Thanks for the tips and suggestions everyone. It's always nice to get help from those who know, lol. Now I can't wait to try the Gorilla Juice I have comin my way soon. Here we go again, lol.
