Boba's Bounty and 100% VG liquids in general.

So in my very early days of vaping I was experimenting with different pg/vg ratios. I ended up with probably a total of 100ml of 100% VG juice. I don't care for it. My everyday vape is 70% PG 30% VG. But since I have all of these 100% juices, I've been trying to vape them here and there. Trying them in different tanks, atty's, etc.... Just trying to make them good.

Don't get me wrong. The flavors in these juices is great. For example, I have a sample pack from Alien Visions. I didn't know it at the time I ordered, but their juices are all 100% VG. I really like the flavors, especially boba's bounty, but I can't get myself to vape it for more than 5 minutes, because I get zero throat hit.

I've seen a lot of youtube videos on bobas bounty, and almost every one of them mentions that it has a good throat hit. I can only assume that they are comparing it to other 100% VG juices. There is no throat hit with this stuff! I've tried it in carto's, carto tanks, clearomizers, a vivi nova, a T3. There is nothing. It tastes great, but there is no throat hit. Plenty of nice thick vapor, but no throat hit.

What are these people talking about? Is there anybody else out there that normally vapes a 70/30 ratio and still gets a throat hit off 100% VG? Or am I just nuts?

What nic level are you using? I find Boba's to have as much, if not more, TH as juices with high pg ratios. I even order it at a nic level lower than I normally do because of the strong TH. It's one of the few all vg liquids I've had that hits as hard as say, 70/30 pg/vg.

I'm using 18mg of nicotine. What are you using it in to get a throat hit? Most recently I had it in a smoketech Duel Coil carto tank. This thing gives excellent throat hit with pg based juices. But I loaded it up with the boba's, and there was nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I drip using atties. Since it's so thick I would think it wouldn't wick well in wick based devices. If you're getting good flavor and lots of vapor it sounds like it's wicking ok. Surprised you're not getting more TH from it compared to other juices, it's one of the heavier hitters for most people.

tba....avery high vg juice fails on th.....to me I don't like to choke on my juice so it's great! to others its crap. my wife loves my full vg juices strictly bc of th. she is a recent non smoker and it helps her get a lil heads up without the chest burning .... kicking th........to each his own but I love high vg for the amazing vape production and the mild th.....especially in the morning!

What is a good carto to vape with 100% VG?

I use Smoktek 2 hole pre-punched cartos with a 10/90 pg vg blend. You should be fine with the 3 holes ones offered at Smoktek.com.

*note you need a tank to use pre-punched cartos.

I'm doing Hype and ordered lower nic because the th was too intense at 24. This time it's at 18 10/90 pg/vg and still has a great throat hit. I've come to love this juice.

if i add some VG to the juice will it help lower the throat hit? cause i just got boba's in and man is the throat hit super intense i have been used to the lower th juices i guess cause this really kicked me will i get used to the TH if i keep vaping it?
