Just a thought but probably not possible with all you veteran vapers - initial pulls having this taste because of atomizer primer ?

Anyway, I guess I could say I get a scent/taste ever so slightly of alcohol, but none in particular and very subtle - and most importantly not infringing on the juice's taste at all.

306's for me are the worst for the primer taste. I use these primarily and it usually takes me 2 to 4 days to get the primer out even with cleaning. My wife says she can't taste it in the atomizer a few hours after I've been vaping but I can. Either way, with or without they tend to have a better kick for me than other atomizers.

For reference, I use the antiquated and ol' school method of inundating the atty in liquid and then blowing it out. Maybe I need to update my strategy.

I just got a 306DCA yesterday and I feel you on the primer. I swear there's 10ml of primer in that atty. I vaped 3ml of juice through it and still had primer coming out. I cranked up the voltage a bit, thinking some power would help move it along, but all I ended up doing was popping the nice map 306 atty that came with it lol.

Which is why 306s and other attys that don't come primed are fantastic!
