Until I received my first order of Boba's, I thought steeping was a personal preference. I received an order from AVE and HHV on the same day and was so bummed because I found everything unvapeable. For me it just got better and better - a week or 2 it was good, a few weeks later it was better, 6 weeks or so and I loved it. I have never been able to vape it all day, though I can with HHV juices, but I like it a lot.

It's already been said, but throw it on the shelf for a couple weeks, then revisit, you might like it. Also, I find that it mixes well, so down the road you might throw it in with something else. I find that it makes a good sweetener for straighter tobaccos.

Yeah, at first mine tasted like water...just nothing there. I think I've had mine 2 to 3 weeks and I finally taste the graham cracker with something like cinnamon sugar (?) for the sweetness. Maybe something peppery (?) or that could have been the chili with hot sauce I just ate. I think this one needs a long steep. I tried it in a Vivi Nova and I had to pour it out because it didn't work. So 1/4 of my bottle is gone. I'm dripping it now as a matter of fact. I got most of AVE tobaccos (except GJ) and I think I'll let them steep a few weeks longer. But so far it tastes very faintly of graham cracker crust with some sweetness and a peppery kick. Very faint though. I can see why other people may like it. I like strong flavors I guess. I just remembered I got the flavor bump too.

I also get a rum raisin kind of taste to it.

That's exactly the taste I get. Didn't like Boba's much at first but started enjoying it more over a couple weeks' time.
Now I'm tired of the raisin taste. Sometimes I'll mix a little of it with a straight tobacco juice but that's it.

Only 60 mLs left to go, LOL! Steep, steep, steep...

So, I ordered Boba's Bounty last week and I received it 3 days ago. I tried it out with all this expectations and hype that I received from all the good reviews.

To me, it tasted like raisins and/or prunes which I hate.... I'm not a big fan of this taste. I heard about the whole steeping thing and I'm not sure if it'll taste any different later on. Several people's tried it and they all agreed that it tasted like raisins or prunes and they all hated this flavor too.

Is this how Boba's Bounty is supposed to taste like? I was expecting a really nutty, rich, and graham cracker taste, but it failed my expectations. How much will the flavor REALISTICALLY change over time? Or is this the base taste that I will be stuck with throughout the whole bottle?
OhMyGawd

I can't even believe that someone would say something like that.

Boba's Bounty is complex, yet simple, and radiant in its' absolute perfection.

You just need to let it steep for about 15 years and it'll be EVERYTHING YOU EVER IMAGINED and MORE!

tl;dr- first time I tried it, went ... what is it that people see in this? 3 weeks later it was good, a few months after that I didn't understand how I ever lived without it.

It's one of my top 3 in daily rotation. still have no idea why I like it.

I always thought Boba's Bounty smelled great, but the taste was kinda fleeting. Some days I like it, some days it's meh. Do i see why it is considered one of the greatest juices? --------------------> NO, but I understand why some people love it, just not the end-all-be-all that the hype has generated.

think what you may of bobas or alien visions but they cap the orders at 300 a day at which they close orders on the website and work on filling all those orders. ANY one else getting that much demand would increase prices substainally but these guys are good folks trying their hardest to provide an affordable price for their juice.

Oh heck, there is no doubt they seem to be decent people who are trying to put out a quality product at a fair price. I don't believe anyone is griping about the company. I don't think anyone is griping about the product really, either. I just know for myself, from all the excitement and hype about Boba's Bounty, I was expecting to be lifted to a new level from the experience of vaping it and well....I wasn't. LOL! I personally am thrilled there is a choice for those of us who need VG products that actually have some flavor. ;) I'll surely be trying some of their other flavors and if Boba's keeps getting better the older the product is, I just may be placing another order for it, as well.

I haven't had 1 juice that lives up to the hype will always probably be searching for the holy grail of ejuice....boba's is good imo but i get tired of it after awhile.Hell I get tired of all my juices after awhile and the reason came to general eliquid discussion forum.

Always lookin for that killer tobacco juice, was ordering either HHV or Ahlusion after all the hype been seeing on this forum then ended up winning a contest so got the best kind of juice FREE hopefully it will be worth vaping.Even if its not that good awfully nice of the vendor to have the contest. So I put my order with HHV,ahlusion on hold for now.

You arn't alone. Mine is 2 weeks old. Sometimes I taste honey and other times a stale cinnamon and sugar graham cracker. I only bought it because it was called The Holy Grail of E-juice. But maybe I don't want to like it since it's hard to get and I could never afford 100mls at a time. That equals a pantry full of mac and cheese for my 3 kiddos! =)

I don't get so much raisin as much as perhaps prune or dr. pepper flavor. It is definitely the most interesting juice I have tried in that every time I vape it, I get something different. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't.

However, just today I decided to try revamping it a little bit. I also have some AVE Carmel Kicker that sometimes I like and sometimes I don't. I took about 100 drops of Boba's, cut by 1/3 with plain VG and added back in about 15 drops of Carmel Kicker -- FABULOUS!!! I've been dripping this all morning and can't stop!!
