Boba's Bounty Doesn't Taste That Good...

I like Boba's the best when if first arrives .... seems to loose flavor over time.

To me its some kind of weird spice flavor but I like it ..... only on certain atomzers though .... never in a cargo though.

Vaped hundreds of mils of bobas, mostly at high voltage and I taste tobacco, graham cracker and malt (milk shake).
Wonderful juice that will taste better as it steeps!

Boba's IS very popular but for me I can't vape it straight. It's one of those Tobaccos that need a touch of Butter Rum, Vanilla OR my magic maple reduction. 90% of Tobacco's suck IMHO. However, 90% of them CAN be saved simply by adding a few drops of the above.
At least this way you're not out of pocket.

I ordered a 100ml bottle after trying a 6ml sample of it and being impressed. It was meant to be my all day vape. Well, I can't even taste the 100ml bottle. It's completely bland and flavorless like inhaling an unflavored e-liquid. As a comparison I ordered some ec-blend extremely bland flavors like earl grey, green tea and cucumber and can taste all of those strongly. If I switch back to the bobas there's nothing. No taste at all. People here say ec-blend is meant to be flavorless but it's much stronger than the boba's I have. Not sure what's going on. Guess never believe the hype and never order a 100ml bottle. I suppose that happens with smaller botique run places, inconsistency. Seems like a good guy but I paid a lot of money for this bottle. I sent a help ticket anyways. We'll see.

I've gone through quite few of the 100ml bottles and never had a problem. I do add the flavor boost that is an option as you check out. The only way I get the flavor I really love is to drip it on a rebuildable and right around 10 watts. And that's dripping on a silica wick. I've tried it with SS wicks, cartos, carto tanks, Vivi Novas, Odysseus, Spheroid..... Lots of those gave lots of vapor and lots of flavor, just not the flavor I'm after. Doesn't seem to matter for me if its right out of the mailbox or a month or so old. But change what I'm vaping it in or the wattage and it seems like a different juice with every change. Before you give up on it, give it a little time to breath and try it as many different ways as you can. You might be surprised how it acts.

My problem is that the 100ml bottle I bought has no taste from the get go. I put some in a 6ml bottle and speed steeped. Kept the lid off for 48 hours and it's still very bland.

Ah sheesh Mac. I hope you get some info from the vendor. 100 ml of bland isn't any fun. I don't know anything about direct dripping, but have you tried that?

I don't know how long you've been vaping but for the first six months or so my taste buds like to play hide&seek with me. Sometimes they'd hide completely and I could only taste really strong menthol s or cinnamons. At other times just certain juices would disappear, Boba's being one of them. Even now, if I go on a Boba's bender the flavor will fade on me, but a couple attys of Gorilla Juice and it comes right back.

I just finished my 30ml bottle of Bobas. I won't be ordering more. I liked it fine - but I just didn't find it "amazing" like so many others. The flavor is kind of hard to nail down. Graham crackers, some tobacco-like notes and I would often get something kind of citrusy off it. I didn't ever notice any prune taste, though. To me it's just another good juice and I can't comprehend ordering by the 100's of mls . . but that's why they make different kinds

You can taste Gorilla Juice but you cannot taste Boba's? GJ is Boba's with a tiny bit of banana added. So, maybe you did get a bad batch of Bobas?

The reason i dont vape the remainder of my Bobas is how thick its is. The flavor has grown on me and i crave it but.... i have like 5 different 70/30 PG/VG juices that taste better and can actually wick in a carto tank/not make atomizers look disgusting lol

I had a similar thought when I read that post too. Maybe he's just tasting bananas!

I tried it agIn and although I did walk on water, I did find it more complex and less "meh". It is a nice mix. I'll vape it, but it isn't something I can't live without...yet. I may change my mind before the bottle is gone.

That is exactly what I noticed. So I don't buy big bottles anymore.

If youre tasting prunes in Bobas it needs to steep for a couple of weeks. Ben does make batches ahead of time but given its popularity sounds like you received a brand new batch.

I tasted Boba's for the first time last night. My cousin was using a plain ol Boge carto, punched twice himself, in a tank, on his provari mini. On the first exhale, I definitely tasted something like powdered cocoa, or some kind of cocoa brownie, mixed with strong pipe tobacco. With each exhale, I tasted a different profile. It is a very complex juice! I liked it, but it wasn't something I'd jones for. I'll probably get a 6 mL bottle to play with. I've been looking for a reason to buy a carto punch tool, anyway.

I just got my Boba's today. To me, it tastes like a dark whiskey - Jim Beam or Jack Daniels? I don't really get any of the graham cracker or caramel flavor right now. Maybe if I let it steep for a few days, I'll like it better. Right now, I don't much like it at all.

On a good note, Alien Vision's great! They sent me a cute little drip tip free with a 30 ml purchase of Boba's. Heh, someone also wrote "You Rock!" with a little smiley face on the package. Nice personal touch, Alien Visions!

Even if I never like Boba's Bounty, I plan to try other products from them just because of the nice experience I had with my first order.

I like bobas I actually jones for it in between vapes while I chain vape it hahaha. To each their own. I like gorilla juice too but sometimes I get an alcohol flavor in it that I don't like. Also I wasn't sent a free drip tip which sucks.

Ok, count me as one of those few who were skeptical at first but ended up loving it.

Raisin bran/honey graham crackers/pipe tobacco. Some people might hate those flavors, but I like them... I'm happy I got Boba's. So much so that I ordered a 30 mL bottle this morning when the online store reopened.
