Boba's bounty question

OK... so I know taste is subjective and all but... I am curious about all the rave about boba's bounty. I would like to try it but a bit hesitant. The reason is I have tried all the HALO tobacco flavors and absolutely hate them... to me they either taste like burned nuts (walnut, peanut....dont get silly idea guys), or burnt rubber.

What kind of flavor profiles do you all get from BB?

Again I understand all tastes are subjective...

Halo, in my opinion, just terrible. I haven't found one flavor from them that I liked. I've tried their
-Malibu
-Freedom
-Menthol Ice
-True pure
-Cool Mist
-Tiki

None of them were any good, at all, to me at least.

When you try Boba's, (yes, I say when, because you're going to want to... trust me), completely forget any assimilation with 'tobacco flavor' and 'Halo Juices'. Of all of the juices I've tried, (well over one hundred, from many many vendors), nothing compares to Boba's Bounty or Alien Visions in term of quality, in my opinion, of course.

If you've read any reviews on the stuff, you'd see many saying that it tastes of chocolate, oatmeal cookies, raisins, and many other verbs used to describe the juice. Personally, I've no idea what it tastes like for the exception that sometimes after just brushing my teeth, I taste fudge.

So, yes, as you indicated, taste is subjective and you'll probably taste something along the lines of what most taste, simply because you're expecting it to taste any certain way. In the long run, this is one juice that is a must try.

If you're going to try Boba's, you simply cannot ignore these other greats (my opinion) from AV.

-Gorilla Juice (tastes of a robust banana nut bread)
-Root Beer (If you're a fan, closest thing to the real deal I've tried)
-Blueberry Crumble (Very tasty)

Those are just my personal favorites thus far.

Thanks for the Robust post and great comments Levitas!! I am certainly going to look at AV (and order tonight) some samples of the above. You're the thrid person that I heard from that said thier root beer is to die for.... and I LOVE rootbeer.

I, too, am not a fan of halo's juice. I tried tribeca and tiki juice and they both disgusted me, I couldn't even vape a carto of either. Way too strong and just gross.

Boba's is much better. It's very smooth and satisfying without overpowering the way halo does. The throat hit is a lot more discreet and not harsh at all, I vape at 18 mg. The actual flavoring I get is a nice, smooth tobacco with a delicious, nutty top note. I've heard people describe it as "graham cracker" but that isn't what I get from it. Give it a shot, I doubt you'll be disappointed. I'd also strongly recommend gorilla juice. It's similar to boba's but with more of a banana flavor. The banana, again, isn't overpowering, it's a delicious subtlety that isn't like a super fruity taste but more rich and smooth. It compliments the tobacco wonderfully. It's my favorite juice.

The first time I tried Boba's I didn't like it very much. It was far from the worst I'd tried to that point, but at that time, I felt it wasn't for me. About an hour later, I gave it another go. About 3 pulls in, and I really started to like it! The following day I filled a Boge LR carto with it and gave it a rip. I loved it! Boba's Bounty has become my E-liquid of choice, whether in a carto or in an atomizer. It's the first thing I grab when I leave my house, and it's what I grab when a friend needs some juice. I can't get enough!

Ok...so I will make sure and give Boba's a full Carto try-out before judging it. Is Boba's good right out of the mailbox, or should I steep it a week?

I did like Halo's Tiki on my KR808 e-cig. But when I tried it on my on my Buzz VV....MY GOD it was TOO SWEET.

Let it steep at least 24 hours. It takes a damn long time to drip fill a carto with it.

Nice Porphy!! thanks...Im a scale armor model builder and I have a TON of these in my model room!!! Damn....I wouldnt have thought to use this. So do you poke the needle about 1/2 down the carto filler, just under the filler???

Also just got my order today and vaping on the Rootbeer to start with.....OMG!!!!! I think I found a new daily vape, as well as my second fav e-juice supplier!! Cant wait to try the Boba's.... but cant put the Rootbeer down!!! Although it does taste a tad perfumy (the root beer), I just chalk this up to it being 40 deg outside and it needs to steep, I just couldnt wait. And the vapor production....OMG! Awesome juice so far Porphy!!

Personally, I tend to use a clear carto and hit opposite sides of the carto. I plunge the needle as far as it will go, or to the bottom and squeeze, as I see it fill I slowly bring the tip out, then I repeat it on the opposing side and viola! It's filled. Two steps to a full carto.

Just don't over do it. Root beer can cling to an atomizer for ages. I still have an atomizer from a year ago I use sparingly because it adds a hint of root beer to every juice I put in it.

No worries...I use Cartos (Boge 510 3.0 Ohm at 4.2v is sweet! with Rootbeer).... I am so in love with this Rootbeer you will have a 100ml order coming from me tomorrow (if I can get on before the orders are cut off...lol).

I was able to tear myself away from my Rootbeer long enough to do a carto of Bobas. Very interesting juice.... I normally dont like tobacco flavors, but Bobas is just a hint of fine tobacco.

So far I got (in the order in which they appeared)... A citrusy flavor, then a nutty flavor, then a chocolate flavor (my wife then said she smelled chocolate without me saying anything), then a very light hint of a fine cigar flavor.... I will have to put Boba's into a tank and vape it for awhile.

It's a pretty incredible juice. The taste changes depending on what you've eaten and/or drank. It took me a bit of time to decide whether I liked it or not. By the time I vaped through 18mls I knew it was a juice that was going to stay in regular rotation.
