I've got two 1000mah Twists on the way that I plan on charging with my SLB KGO charger. But I only have a few cartos left. Planning on making an order for cartos, but wondering if I should get Boge 2.0's or 3.0's? I've been using the 2.0's in a mini-submarine tank with Boba's Bounty juice on my KGO batts up until this point.

both cartos should work fine with the twist.
Start off with the carto/tank you have at about 3.7 3.8 volts and adjust up or down a little to your liking.
Even though the Twist will drive a 2.0 ohm up to about 4.6 volts without risking damage keep it to around 4.0 or less.
With a 3.0 ohm you could run it up to the max of 4.8 ohms without any worries. If you don't abuse them they hit pretty good.

The higher ohm draws less current but if you run it higher than native cell voltage then the cell has to work harder. If you vape at about the same watts with 2.0 or 3.0 ohms then the watt hours consumed from the cell will be about the same.

The 650 mah eGo has a 2.4 watt hour cell in it. Vape it how you like :)

I would get a 2 ohm to be sure you can get enough watts into it.

I am running a 1.8 ohm eGo tank atomizer and I find myself running it at about
4.6 v. So, if you're like me you'll need about 4.8V on 2 ohms to get the same power.

A 3 ohm would only give you 2/3 the power, roughly. May not be enough for you.
With 3 ohms it works out to 8 watts, roughly, maximum ! This is marginal, in my opinion.

Yes, they just screw straight into the battery. It's a standard 510 connection. You may want to buy a 'cone' to cover the connection, or to get something else if you are using a tank. But this is not necessary from a function point of view.
I have a Stainless steel 650mah twist, a stainless steel 'cone', and stainless steel Boges - 3ohm. I find that gives plenty of warmth, even at 3.8-4v, but it is personal preference. I was a Marlboro lights smoker, not a Capstan full strengther, though. I really hated the burnt flavour I got with the 2.2ohm cartos I tried..

Same here. For me the 3 ohm is just right on the twist. I've tried a few lower resistance cartos/clearos and they tasted burnt at anything above 3.2 to 3.4 volts.
