I look forward to your input. I also use all VG and I absolutely cannot go to a PG juice. The needle is so small even after adding distilled water I couldn't get a good feed. Sometimes VG is a downfall, so I just try to work around it. The needle is very small as well as the center hole that it goes through.. I'm thinking maybe the hole can be drilled out to fit a different size needle and maybe even a tube from top to bottom. I'm not a modder so I don't know, just thinking on it for now.
To raise the assembly ---(the part the atty need's to touch) I got this tip from a thread Paul posted earlier -- and did my version: It is done from the inside of the PV.
Remove Cart/Atty.
Take out the bottle.
Find an unsharpened pencil---or Bic stick pen ---(warning, some pens are too thick!)
Fit pen in where the bottle goes -- uh, and remove the cap, or it won't fit ----the FLATish part, not the point-- and get it up to the level of the "assembly" (where the needle goes eventually).
Push up a bit while staring at it from the front until you think you see it move. (not too macho, guys) (If using a pencil--push on the eraser side)
Remove pencil & reassemble.
Make sure the "center pin" --( the round metal thing with the hole in it on your atty or carto) -- is just a hair above the threaded part when you look at it carefully. (if not, they can be raised, but I won't go into that here)
Screw on atty/carto---
You know the rest.....

My quick 2c
Got it up and running today.
Filled 1/2 the bottle with BWB 18mg Cherry Tobacco mostly PG not much VG. Put the bottle in the mod attached a 2.0 ohm Cisco 510 atty turned the mod upside down pushed the bottle for a 3 count and hit the go button. and it works as it should. Nice vape
good power.
2nd Filled a Bogey Carto LR 2.0 with BWB 18MG Cherry Tobacco attached the carto (Had to play with the center post to get it to fire) but it fires. Works like it should. Good vape.
Meeter Test:
Battery Fresh 4.2v
Pass Through 4.2v
the same as could be expected from a 14500 or 18650 of the charger. I will do more testing as the battery depleats or becomes unusable with a LR atty or carto.
Pet peeves already.
1. Tends to fall over a lot when put on the desk bottom needs to be flatter.
2. When taking the juice bottle out with juice in it, It tends to push the juice up through the needed and in to the catch cup.
3. Bottle is a little to snuge in the bottle area hard to get to move down to get out.
Please remember I am not hammering on the mod just going over somethings about it I see are issues for me and me only. Others may feel different these are only my observations.
All in all a nice mod for the price.
If the mod is used as intended with cartos or atty with a PG base juice and following the instructions it works as the manufacture said it would.
I can not do PG very long it kills my through and I need to talk to work. So over the weekend or latter tonight I will start on moding the juice bottle to outfit a tube so the mod can be used upright and using VG juice to see if it will work. The needle is very small and I am not sure if it will push juice up through it to feed an atty or wet a carto. But I will give it a good shot.

Actually its was very easy to split open and get back together. I didnt move anything inside though. Boge in an email I sent regarding the 510 connector responded that it is made for cartos
I agree with you on the flay bottom. I thinh that if the opening where you squeeze the bottle was open more towards the top you would be able to slide it out easier if you could get you finger on the top of the bottle. Not big issues.
paul1288 I agree with a 10ML bottle it will not have to be taken out often. I was just trying to hit all my thoughts at one time. All in all worth the $ I just hope I can get it to work well with VG. PG kills me.
Thanks for the meter results. I am still using mine with the 510lr boge atty. HAvent charged it since I fired it up on Monday.
I dont keep track but im always using it the bottle has maybe 2.5 ml's left in it
I'm using 70pg/30vg, all I do is add a few drops of vodka (good for cleaning atties, I'd just perfer to clean them while I puff).
This is my first bottom feeder and it is working really well with atties. Only a few issues with all types of cartos, some work great others not at all. At least my Boge carto's work! The ones that came with it plus others I've ordered elsewhere.

Paul, is there any way we could get some more of these same bottles/w tip for the Rev2.1? Just like the ones that came in the kit with it. I'd sure like to get a few more, specifically the ones that fit this. BTW, didn't have time to post yesterday but my 2 black Revs arrived, I am loving them!
It is a nice mod I just can not do much PG it tares my throat up

When I ordered them I asked for a spare parts price list. They said parts where not available yet. I emailed them Thursday night expressing the need for spare bottles and needles as well as improvements that can be made. Havent heard from them yet.
