I've used the F16 in the DCT tank without a problem, but I've heard that the flange on the F16 carto sometimes does not match exactly to the insert on the DCT.
I have a few F17 tanks and have really enjoyed them. A great value tank -- hard to find a better tank at that price (about $6 last time I bought one). They've been very reliable for me.
I'm also a big F16 carto fan. Nice draw, easy to prime, excellent service life, and they consistently meter at 1.6 to 1.8 out of the box. I can't say I find a taste difference between the F16 and the Smokteks, but better value for the $ for the F16, and the F16's have lasted a lot longer than the Smokteks I've used.
