you would probably be better off contacting a vender. havent seen anyone offer that amount in bulk. madvapes has them on sale pretty often for $5.99 a pack.

Have done some minimal comparison shopping. Last time I checked, LitecigUSA is cheapest by penny or two. I use them simply because I believe they provide more reliable consistency. My opinion, ymmv.
