Why does some advertise it with a 850 mah battery and what is that little blinking light for?

I have the same question. I have seen several vendors carrying these and each one has a different amp battery So what is the battery suppose to be 600 650 500 550 or 850 I have even seen an U-tube review where someone has taken one apart and it shows that it has a 500 battery. Are the vendors misrepresenting this product or what? I have bought one and bought another one for a friend and I would like to know what is the actual battery these are suppose to have in them I would like to purchase another one but am not doing ti till I have the actual specs on these

Yes, other vendors are misrepresenting this product.

I have put 550mAh on the listing because I specifically asked Boge what size capacity battery is in the unit.
They told me 550mAh.

The blinking lights are some kind of ionizer, supposedly a "negative ion air purifying system" .. pretty pointless if you ask me...

The original spec from Boge said 850, this was changed about a month ago to 650. Having pulled one apart I can tell you its 500mAH.
The other vendors are not misrepresenting, they (just like Toby) are basing their figures on what Boge told them.

Yes; but some 510 cartos will need to adjustment to work on the Revo 2.
You may need to to raise the centre post a touch on the carto to get contact.

Centre post adjustment on atomisers:
Take a tweezer and slide gently under ledge of center post and gently shimmy up a little, then repeat on other side until even.
If using a paperclip, insert into center hole at angle and gently pry up until **JUST** above outer rim.

The improved Revolution V2.1 now has a much larger capacity 1400mAh battery, plus spare bottle & needle.

I changed it back to V2 (after the original version sold out), as I think that is the spec that it should have had to start off with.

(Shall I change it back to V2.1 on the listing?
But then people will say it has V2 on the the box, when it is in fact the V2.1...)

Just got one of these Monday and was using the 3 ohm cartomizers it came with...it works well enough but was looking for a better carto for this as it is not producing a satisfying vape as much as my ego. Any suggestions? Lower ohm cartos maybe?

Yes; either lower resistance Boge cartos or horizontal bottom coils (for instance) will give much more vapour than standard resistance.
