Against my better judgement and sense, if I lived in the area, I would probably pay him a visit. It would ONLY be to have a non agressive conversation. If he didn't slam the door in my face, I would only ask him two questions....why the hell are you continuing to take new orders when so many of your past obligations have not been fulfilled?.....and, what do you have to say to all the members of the vaping community whom you have defrauded over the past year and a half?
I think many people who happen upon this and previous threads about the situation, fail to realize how many people Marcus has defrauded. I have done my best to keep a tally from those who have come forward on ANY of these ecf threads, and those who have contacted me privately here, or through other social media. My current count is over 50...and I am 100% positive that there are plenty more cases that I am not aware of. In this "small community" (the >1% vapers club who use these types of mods), that is a significant number of people who this company has robbed of hard earned money. Bogger Box Mods gives "small" mod vendors in the community a severe, and undeserved, black eye. Some of these mods run over $300 a piece, and when you add it all up, it's a very very significant total. It disgusts me...

It's really too bad this guy can't spend a little more time fulfilling his obligations to his paying customers ... He obviously don't spend any of his time fixing his "front yard" up

And we have been censored...mods, please do not close this thread! I am begging you.... There are more people every day being defrauded by this vendor, a former ECF registered vendor! I sort of figured the previous posts would be deleted, although it was just public information that was put forth, which could easily be attained with a simple google search....
I noticed that too. I guess there were too many "Update on order #xxx please." posts.
Exactly this. I wish I could swing by his place, not in a confrontational way, but just to find out what's going on.
Unfortunately, I live on the other side of the world.
I went to my bank and easily disputed the charge. Since I used a debt card (not a check or credit card) the bank said they could not go after him. When I asked what could be done the bank assistant manger told me to contact my localities police department and explain the situation with them. They will in turn contact the NM authorities and an investigation will be started.
At this point as much as I hate to do it I am. This guy assisted me in choosing my MOD knowing that he never intendned to make it.
And for the ones who asked it was a custom order for the new DNA30 BF MOD.
I am going to the BB and calling my local police dept to get this started. I hope you all do the same so the NM authorities will be more inclined to persue this issue if alot of people come forward.

It's a shame this biz took a turn South, the mod maker/owner was very helpful to me 2 years ago when I started vaping and wanted to buy a bogger box bottom feeder, I still have the helpful emails..........and when I received it it was so well made. Really every corner came together perfectly, etc.

Nine days later his web site is still MIA. If any of you people are still waiting on stuff from this guy it's time for you to do what you gotta do, including perhaps contacting the AG's office, consumer complaints division, where the business was located.
