Hi I am new to vaping. I got a Bogue 510 Disposable to try it out.

In the beginning I was getting decent vapor, flavor and throat hit. Note I have nothing to compare this to.

Point being, after a few days and a few charges, I find the atomizer runs hot and I get a burnt flavor after a long draw. Lets say 4-5 seconds.

Is this typical of a 510 ?

Thank you.

It could be the battery is not holding a charge very well and/ or the delivery device (holds and vaporizes the juice) needs juice. This is not typical of the larger rechargeable 510 threaded PVs. You can request a Cdn vendors list:

Need a little more info to fully understand exactly what you are referring to but let me take a shot here.

Sounds like you are using a disposable ecig which you have charged a few times but now the carto is getting very hot and has a burnt taste. Disposable ecigs are great to try the experience of vaping and can last quite a while long time but you have to refill the carto with ejuice along the way any time it doesn't give you much vapor, the flavor seem off, or it is just a good idea to keep a carto wet at all times. You have not mentioned this so I'm guessing this is what has happened. Once the carto either plugs itself up so it is hard to draw on, or you get the burnt taste, it is time to throw that carto away and start a new one. Just make sure the new one is either prefilled or you'll have to fill it yourself with ejuice. I run the Boge 2.0 cartos and find them to be the most consistent carto out there but they like to be wet at all times.

Hope this helps.....

Thanks! The disposable was good at first. Glad to know that the typical 510 doesn't do this. But I think Im gonna go with an eRoll or a mini VV device like the twist!

Thanks for your reply. It actually using an atomizer + cartridge. Still not sure if its the battery, atomizer or cartridge, but I think its a combination fo the battery not holding a charge properly or the cartidge filler not making proper contact with the atomizer. Nonetheless, its a disposable unit, so I gotta throw it away soon and buy a proper starter kit.

they got some parts, for some really cheap prices. twist batteries for $21. Thats pretty good i think! do you think i have to worry about authenticity? I was talking to someone yesterday at a flea market, and they said CAN VAP used to sell knock off Joye products and sell them as orginals. Now he is a competitor, so maybe he's lying.

Do you think its possible? Dont all joye products have serial numbers you can verify?

LOL he was using PVs directly from the manufacturer and thus some id'ed them as "knockoffs". I'll pm you a story about Canvape and why Cdn vendors HATE him. As for knockoffs I am not brand loyal and choose the best gear available regardless of it's origin. Some knockoffs are far superior to the originals and some knockoffs are an absolute disaster.
For example before Canvape opened up shop we were generally paying $18- $22 for 30 ml juice. He sells an eGo starter kit for $50...used to be closer to $80 WITHOUT the goodies that Canvape has included. There's a couple of Cdn vendors that I'm grateful to and Canvape is one of them.
P.S. I believe I know who the vendor you were speaking to is and his prices are/ were outrageous.
