Bogus Boges

I have been using the Boge cartos in my IBTanks and F16s for over a year and never had to many problems with them until now. I've never had a bad batch of cartos so I'm not exactly sure what happenens when you try to vape on a faulty carto but I'm pretty sure this pack I got has something wrong with them. I'll do my best to explain what's going on so maybe one of you can tell me if you've experienced the same thing before. It's a flavor issue. A NASTY flavor issue. It doesnt happen right away but so far on 3 of them after I vape down a one tanks worth of juice the flavor turns from awesome to suddenly tasting like a dirty icesicle from a rusty gutter. C'mon we all as kids have snapped off an icesicle and licked it if you havent trust me your not missing out but it's a flavor I dont think I'll ever forget and that's exactly what these cartos are making my vape taste like. I thought it was the juice at first so I emptied what was left put in a new carto filled my tank back up and it was fine till the tank got low again then the same taste came back. I have the same juice in my protank 2 and it tastes great, the way it's supposed to. So is this nasty chemical dirty rusty icesicle taste something any of you have experienced with any brand carto for that matter? Those Boge cartos usually last me a few weeks with numerous refills until now I'm lucky if I get 2 days out of them. So what the hell causes that disgusting taste?!

You'd think it'd taste bad all the way, not just at the end- if the carto. I'd guess the liquid gets concentrated at the end of the tank.

Is this-

-A new batch of cartos, supplier or flavor/new bottle?

New batch of cartos I just got a week ago from the same supplier I've always got them. The juice I've had before and this particular bottle of juice has been tasting fine until I used it with this particular batch of carts. I mean I know it's not the juice there is something wrong with the cartos but whatever it is that has my juice tasting this way has left me not only bummed out but also scratching my head. I just dont understand. I'll just chalk it up as a 9 dollar loss but I want to know if anyone else has experienced any thing like this.

I noticed recently that a couple of my Boge slotted cartos have been exhibiting inadequate wicking. I usually get at least 3 weeks from them with no issues, and I've had two now that have done this recently.

They did not go bad, I am just having to dry hit them to keep them wet. I can clearly see that when I dry hit them, I get tons of bubbles coming up, then flavor returns.

I've had heaps of problems with my boges lately too! I've been through heaps of them because they keep getting burnt within one tank. I know they are primed properly. And then I had one the other night where the holes were punched too low- you know how you can usually see the holes sitting in the bottom of the tank- well I couldn't see them so I pulled the carto out and they are punched lower than the others. My juices taste weak & crappy ( weaker & crappier than normal lol). I've ordered from this vendor before too.

There may have been a change in materials at the factory that has resulted in the wicking material not absorbing the liquid as quickly. Like I said, my cartos were not bad but I also am noticing that with these same two current cartos, after I dry hot them to soak them, flavor comes back and they begin to wick again sufficiently to keep the flavor at the volt/watt range without having to tend to them.

Very strange.....
