Boiling Atomizers

Hey all, I'm really noobish with atomizers, I was wondering if I could just boil my kanger protank/T3S atomizers whole (without disassembling them). If not, could I just soak them in vodka whole? I am wondering because I am terrible with DIY and was hoping that this would help the extremely short lifespan of my atomizers. Thanks!

Yes, you can do all that you mentioned. I did years ago until I found out that I can rebuild a coil a lot quicker that I could clean one and anyway cleaning is a hit or miss proposition. I haven't cleaned a coil in two years. Seriously think about getting into rebuilding I think you will find it works much better.

I use to throw my coils in a bowl with a denture tablet. (just me) Rinse well and air dry. I don't see why boiling them would't be ok also. Rebuilding is a great little hobby and it is something you may like to do. Definitely less expensive than replacement coils. Good luck to you.

+1 for rebuilding! But cleaning works.

Best bet is take the coil out of the base and soak it in Everclear (PGA) or vodka.
Boiling in water works but alcohol being a solvent works much better.

I soak my coils in vodka... well most of them. I don't try to clean my BVC's for my nautilus though because they don't play well with cleaning. Just thought I would throw that out there in case you get a Nauti at some point.
