Bolt or Vamo?

Had a mini lavatube. Loved it. It died in 4 days. Now thinking about a vamo or a bolt. I like a 3.7 volt setting. Figure less to go wrong with the bolt. Can get bolt fron US or vamo from China for about the same cost. Everyones 2 cents on the matter is appreciated.

Couple wires in the Bolt but no electronics. Rugged as well. Zero complaints with the one I have.

A Bolt is neither a mech mod or a VV mod.

In this comparison easily a Vamo. That is VV/ VW and it has built in protection. Also an ohms reader.

I agree with Red Bird 100%. I have both and the bolt is regulated to the pv I use while working around the house, yard work etc. It's a solid device, no doubt. But with the vamo you get a 510 and ego connection, Bolt you just get a 510. Vamoose can go into mini mode with a 350 battery.

I have both and if all you're looking for is a 3.7 volt device then I say get the bolt. It's a simple tube mod nothing to write home about, but there's also less that can go wrong with it and if something does go wrong with it it's easily fixed. You can get a plastic bolt at mad vapes for 12 bucks.

The Vamo V2 is FAR superior to the Bolt IMO. I've got a Vamo and I never stop trying different settings and combinations.

I'll never buy another Bolt. I have 4 and 2 of them are now dead. Very small gauge wiring and it's not built to last. All of them are less than 2 months old. Get a Segelie mech mod for about the same price. Not much to go wrong with the mech mods.

Between the two, I would go with a VAMO. More options, and it appears to be a tough mod. I have one that I use when I go out drinking, and I have yet to break it. Fasttech has a vamo kit thatcomes with everything you need, including good bateries and a nitecore charger for 51ish bucks.
