Here is my saga with Bombay vaping. I placed an order with Bombay vaping in August. A couple of days afterward, I tried contacting them by email to see if I could change the nicotine strength of my order. There are two emails listed in their "About Us" section and one of the emails bounced back. I then tried calling, and got a full voicemail message. It was then that I looked around ECF and saw that others were having problems, too. A couple of weeks ago their website came back online and last week I received an email that they were processing my order.

I emailed again to cancel the order, including a third email address listed on their homepage apologizing for their website being hacked. Still no response. I tried calling. Someone answered but hung up and I called back and left a message to cancel the order. Called again earlier this week, and once again, a full voicemail inbox. Fed up after over a month of zero communcation, I called my credit card company to remove the charge.

While I can be sympathetic to their website being hacked and tried to give them every benefit of the doubt, not responding to a gmail address listed on their website and leaving their voicemail inbox full so no one can contact them is inexcusable. There are simply too many other vendors with great service to bother with Bombay vaping again.
