So here's the story...

I ordered from BomBayVaping.com on 2/5/13. After completing the order I received an email (I'm assuming auto-generated) stating the order would be delayed due to them attending vapestock 2012. Seeing that it is 2013 and vapestock was long over, it was a bit confusing to me so I submitted an email to them questioning about the order. This was on the 7th. After a couple of days with no response, I decided to call the number listed on their website. After about 15 attempts, someone finally texted back and said they knew nothing about bombay vaping and that they were a 12 year old kid.

Since the 8th, I have emailed all of their listed email accounts and still received no responses from them. The money has already been withdrawn from my bank account and their website says the order will be shipped in 4-7 days. It said that on the 8th. What is even more upsetting to me is I also paid for express shipping because I was so excited to try their product. Now I am so annoyed that even if they had liquid gold I'd never trust ordering from them again.

The worst part is I've seen all sorts of stories very similar to mine and few have been resolved. At this point I'm feeling dooped and out $65.00.​

Okay folks... final update. Today, 4/11, I was awaiting a couple vapemail packages. I got the mail and to my complete shock there it was, a package from bombay vaping! I'm not even sure what to think at this point. I am thrilled that I actually got my package, but bummed because no matter how great the juice may be, I would NEVER order from them again. I think the biggest disappointment for me is that I received their business card with the order and it has all of the same contact information that is listed on their site. They obviously received my order, but can't take the time to update their contact information or just don't care. Either way, I will not place an order with them again! But I am happy to at least get to try the juices I heard so much about. There are too many AWESOME vendors and even a few okay ones to deal with a careless one such as bombay vaping.......sad because so far I really do like their juice.
