They would have to arrest me to stop me from vaping in an outdoor park.

I'm not aware of any citations (or even warnings) issued for violations of Boston's nearly two year old e-cig usage ban indoors.

So I don't think the city has any intention of enforcing its ban on vaping in parks.

I kno a b&m shop just recently had to move locations because of this b.s. Eastern Vapor had to leave there saugus location because the city would no grant there permit after already being there for years. They now are in the allston brighton section of boston, and sre not allowed to vape in their shop
