I don't understand what the tobacco companies are afraid of.....for crying out loud...if you want a piece of the pie, then give us the juice and find some other constructive use for the plant material. Get on board and make some money....HELLOOOOOO! I would think it would be cheaper for them as they wouldn't have the added expense of all the other chemicals that have been required of them to employ in the production of the analog smoke!

Testertips...That is my favorite part of the whole report :)

Yes, but what would they do with all the toxic waste they have been recycling via cigarettes. If you read what is in them and you didn't know it was the make-up of a cigarette you would be thinking it was referring to a toxic waste dump site.

Problem with that is that they will have to find a way to make them more addictive...don't want to lose their clientell..

The second the tobacco companies try to move in on the market, they will lose any power to control competition. Anti-vaping sediment will dry up and big tobacco will only be admitting cigarettes are indeed much worse. The main thing they have going for them is branding. People buy the cigs they always buy. There is no reason to buy marlboro eliquid when there are established vendors and trusted manufacturers already in place. Also the brand would be associated with the bad product so that would hurt them even more. Not to mention tax income drops forcing new taxes implemented on vaping. I want tobacco to stay out of vaping.
