I've traded a few of you for bottle cozies. I'm making a few more, and before I go all out putting together dozens of these I'd love some feedback. Bring it on! What can I improve? What did you like?
If this thread doesn't work here I'll move it. But my bottle cozies have all gone out in PIF's. I've never made a profit from them. I may in the slightly distant future decide to charge for them, but that's a LONG way down the road from where I'm at right now. I just want to be sure I'm making the best thing I can.

That is mine in the pic and I love it. I like the thick strap so it is sturdy. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be if it had a drawstring closure top as I am afraid of losing the bottle.

Do you make ecig holders? Would love to buy one of those.

rose I've made a couple for personal use. Trying to decide if I should crochet the whole "lanyard" piece or just attach them to a cord/ribbon/etc.
Thanks for the feedback ladies. I have thought of making it more like a "bag"- I'll have to make one to take for a test run. However, the closure sits at the neck and holds the bottle in there pretty snug. I dangle mine off my purse and have yet to loose a bottle.

Did you sc or sl st in the ch on the lanyard? I would probably leave it just a ch st. I really like where you have it. That way you can use it without taking it out. It just needs to be thin enough to slide between the bottle and the cap to hold it tight. I was crocheting a little case for all my goodies, when I realized the folding glasses case I had made a travel sewing kit out of would fit everything and have a hard shell to protect them from my clutzy self.

    Here's mine.
I wouldn't change the top. I've been carrying it around and the bottle doesn't come out. I think a drawstring would make it "fiddly"
I love it. It's purple! I might like a shorter string, tho.
Thanks, Bug. It's awesome. And so pretty. And did I mention it's PURPLE? I just now found this thread.
