I honestly think the best solution would be to either offer a choice of the dropper or screw cap, as rosepetal and others have suggested...or include a dropper top seperate for each bottle. For me it does not matter, but then I'v been buying your juices for almost a year already, so we won't talk about how many droppers I have , but for new people, I am sure the droppers come in very handy. If wrapped up good, they should survive the dreaded usps. Just my thoughts....:)

I like the droppers and just clean and just re-use them.

I soak them in vodka to kill any nasties.

Another juice vendor uses strap caps like those on this page,
15-410 Black Dropper Dispensing Lid : Flip Tops

...but those leak too, not a lot, but they did seem to let juice loose over time.

Perhaps it's a characteristic of the juice base? Does PG or VG leak more?

At any rate, I agree that the USPS personnel are a little rough with packages, which is why I always ask you for more bubble wrap. I swear my postman enjoys manhandling my mail. ;-D

So whatever you come up with that works, I'm behind it.

I don't know if this is too late for my 2 cents but bottles with screw tops leave me no way to dispense. I could buy a few droppers, but that puts one more detail into managing the e-cigs....a process I find fidgety as it is. One more thing to clean and to keep from dripping on the desk etc.

I've got an order coming in tomorrow and if there's just screw tops I'm a little stuck...I have one dropper that I use with another screw top bottle (a flavor that sticks like crazy to anything it comes in contact with)...count me as someone who wants a dispensing solution with each bottle...

I have a concern with the plain top glass bottles. Namely, the spot of adhesive that holds the cardboard gasket into the lid. At first the cardboard gasket held fast, then after a couple days, the gasket was on the bottle and not inside the cap. Ok, that's somewhat normal with these types of bottles with other bottled products, but I have noticed that there is glue that is left inside the lid. I am hoping that the juice does not dissolve this glue and make it part of the juice itself, being that it did break the glue bond with the gasket. I am leaving the cap off until I can clean it out at any rate. I just recently ordered dropper bottles from you for not finding the newer glass bottles useful for other than storage. I am tempted to purchase a micro funnel from somewhere to handle dropperless bottles.

It seems there are different issues with both solutions. I have gotten many e-mails from customers who are very happy I am no longer using the droppers. Others want them back and find them much more convenient. Some have concerns about the rubber from the droppers effecting the juice (or causing allergic reactions in people with allergies to rubber). I also used to get many e-mails about leaking droppers and this problem has basically vanished since the switch. I'm a bit hesitant to introduce another option just now (droppers or screw caps) as we already have so many options I'm afraid to overwhelm my poor sister just as she's getting the hang of everything! But this may be the best solution in the near future!

I had forgotten that you were doing away with the droppers, so when I got my latest samples I was scrambling around to find empties to clean out. I only have one syringe, and cleaning it out between flavors would just be a pain.
I don't try to carry around my bottles (different lifestyles for everyone, dontcha know?), so the leaking thing, while bothersome when it occurs, is worth having an easy way to dispense the liquid into the cartomizer. Luckily I've been doing this long enough that I have a good stash of little dropper bottles.
If there's no leaking during shipping, I'd suggest shipping with the dropper installed and including a cap for the bottle.
Are the 1oz bottles now being shipped with no dropper? That would be a deal-breaker for me--how in the heck are you going to dispense from a large bottle without excess tedium and mess?

Annette, in all honesty, I think your best option is to offer the choice between caps or droppers. That way everyone can choose for themselves with their order and can't complain...as they will be the ones choosing what they want. I know it's a little more work for you and your sister on that end, but it's the best solution I can think of after reading everyone's responses here...jut my opinion tho. :) I'll still buy your juices no matter what they're packaged in...lol!! :p
