Would any of you guys mind posting a photo of how the o-ring is supposed to be seated in the bottle cap before and after screwing the cap on? My guess is that I'm screwing it too tight, but I can't seem to get it right. I'm not having huge leaks, just enough that there is a small amount of juice "wetness" by the end of the day.

Also, does it matter if the reo lays on its side? What about if I have it upside down? Does the o-ring just prevent squonk leakage or should it make it leak proof however you orient the mod?

Here's what mine looks like at the moment.

While you have the ring out of the bottle cap, carefully inspect it for any nicks or breaks. I had one that developed just such an imperfection (not from new, by the way, several months old) and it drove me nuts trying to figure out why I was getting leaks and it wasn't squonking properly. As a result, I ordered (IIRC) 100 replacement o-rings, but I only really use them for "peripheral" stuff (like covering the gap between the RM2 and the catch cup)

If I flip my mod upside down and the liquid leaks into the cap that holds the tube is my o ring failing to do its job? Lol squonks fine in my eyes and a little wet on the inside wall of the grand but that might be from me not drying the bottle all the way

Yes, I think that is normal. There is space between the tube and the opening of the bottle, so seems natural that some juice will get into that cap/adapted nipple. As long as the juice does not leak from that cap's/nipple's top side, which is tight around the tube. Or from the threads of the cap proper.
