I was wondering how long a bottle of e-liquid last? I know it all depends on frequency of use, but i guess i am more wondering compared to number of cigs in a bottle. whether it be a 6ml bottle or 30ml bottle.

Kronic and I sound about the same.... But I know a big part of consumption, depends on your vaping technique... even more so that the mg of your liquid...
For instance I chain vape... all day(use a lot of juice)...
BUT I drip(Economical juice usage)...
I'm currently using about 2ml/day of 18mg, I was a Pack/day Marlboro Ultra Light Smoker.
But I've seen the number vary wildly from person to person thoguh... I don't think there is a # of ml/ cigarette comparison.

I thought i read somewhere that 30ml bottle was equivalent to 600 cigs. just wonder if there was any truth to that..
That'd be 20 cigs per ml of juice. I dont see many people getting through a whole day with 1ml of juice.
It's almost impossible to make this comparison. Vaping habits vary widely as do delivery devices, some cartos/clearos/attys are juice hogs, others use minimal amounts of juice, some people like high voltage, some like low voltage, a lot of factors in juice consumption. Cigarettes are the same way, I know someone who smokes 2 PAD but when I watch him smoke, he only actually inhales about 1/4 of the cig, the rest just burns away as he's holding it. There have been polls done, and "average" juice consumption seems to be between 2-5ml a day.
Most of the claims like "1 cartridge is the equivalent of 2 packs of cigarettes!!" should be viewed as pure marketing BS.

I agree it is both technique and method of delivery. I vape 3-5ml per day. One time I was running low on juice and had some in the mail. I had 5 ml last me 3 days and I didn't even change much. So, it really varies greatly from person to person. Maybe someone has a general measurement in mind.
great replies all.. just trying to find a average to do some math and know what to have on hand to use and to have for steeping period. steeping that is something i just found out about today as i got my order in and it said to let steep for 3 to 10 days. i was so ready to try it too. oh well couple days before my upgrades get here anyway.
I use about 4mls of juice a day but my wife also hits on my ecig with me i feel like its alot but i use a dual coil genesis atty and i feel like they go throught more juice than a carto would
If you're at the low end, say 3 ml a day- a 30 ml bottle will last around 10 days.
ok seems the average is 3.5 ml day. from where i order that is roughly $2.90 not bad considering I smoke roughly 2pad and 5-7 dollars a pack depending where i buy them. so maybe i will see some savings and get healthier to boot.
There is a ECF poll on this here. From the numbers there I think rbding has it just about right.
