bough liquid...unsealed

It was not sealed. Is this a problem ? Are all liquids sealed ?

The law here says it has to be in a child proof cap. It doesn't have to be sealed.

Why makers don't seal the bottle just like pill bottles? expect juice come in sealed bottles in the future

But I think maybe there's reason they didn't and won't do that in the future, glass bottles with child proof cap maybe enough for leakage..

The big brand vendors are going to have sealed bottles.
The small monandpop homemade brews are not.

The only time mine didn't come sealed is when my postal carrier "Engelbert", ripped open my package and transferred a little of my juice into his empty bottle , he told me about it so i was OK with it .

Postal employees need to vape to ya know.
