Bought the EVOD BCC, not sure what kind of thing its meant for?

Hey guys,
I've been using an AGA-T+ rebuildable on some random mechanical mod I got at a local shop. I liked it but also wanted some cheaper refillables to use because I find it easier to clean those out and try flavors in them.

Well I went and got an EVOD BCC thingomizer (clearomizer?). I got to my car and tried to thread it onto my mech-mod, only to discover it had the wrong threads (what is AGA-T+ thread style?). Thankfully I was still in my car parked at the e-cig store so I went inside and they gave me a free adapter.

So now I have this EVOD BCC working with my mech-mod with an adapter, but its UGLY as hell, not to mention it's a bit floppy and tends to bend in my pocket.

So what kind of body is the EVOD BCC meant for? The world of E-Cigs is so confusing that I searched online for over 30 minutes looking for a body or anything sold by the same people who make EVOD BCC and I always just come up with nothing useful.

I believe they are for eGo/kGo style batteries

I think the EVOD is 510 threaded for ego type batteries. But I'm new at this so I might be wrong.

Ego type adapter was provided by the store. Ego type battery is a preferred pairing for the EVOD.

EVOD's are ego threaded, the adapter they gave you is a 510 to ego adapter.

The evod will work on any ego threaded power device without the adapter.

EVod looks extremely clean on matching color eGo.

I wouldn't say the EVOD was for eGo batteries only but it does have the eGo 'skirt' (just like the CE# clearo's & Kanger T3's have) which i'm guessing your mod doesn't take by default. It'll fit and work happily enough on anything with an eGo recess... eVic, Vamo etc.

ah ok thanks guys that makes sense.
I didn't realize it before but now I see the eGo battery has two types of threads on it, makes sense now why I can put my AGA-T and other stuff on the eGo but not always the other way around (for the mech mod).

Those inner threads are the 510 threads. The outer ones are eGo. You probably figured that out by now. ... just in case
