Well I took it in today after work, and they fixed the problem and just replaced it for me with a brand new one!!
... And paying $30 wasn't a big deal for me ($28 before tax), I don't mind helping out my local economy, and at the same time - getting my product faster than I would've online or if I waited, got a full explanation of how the product works, no problem returning it - great customer service!
