bounced back e-mail?

I have an order placed 6-11 and paid for.I have recieved no email conformation and my order has not shown as packed or shipped when I look at my account.I am unable to call;attempted to send an e-mail but it was bounced as undeliverable this morning.Can you please reply here on this thread or reply to my e-mail address?Thank you. I am very sorry about that. I see your order here... It came to us with no contact, billing or shipping information. The only details on the order are your username, and "USA". I am very sorry for the delay, but as there we're no contact details, we really had no way to get in touch with you. Please send us another email with the details, and we can ship it right away. You can also PM me the details if you want.
