Box elder took too long....

i ordered from Box elder over 3 1/2 weeks ago and still nothing...i contacted them via email no answer, via phone, no answer...i decided to wait another week...nothing...so i bombarded their email inbox with emails and finally got a message saying "were sorry our supplier for VG was backed up" i told them that they shouldve notified me sooner and i have been trying to reach them. I cancelled my order. Told them that their customer service is unsatisfactory and how disatisfied i was with them. didnt seem like the cared.

so much for that...NEVER AGAIN!

beware! i dont recommend any business with them from now on. that type of customer service is intolerable and should be resolved in a better manner than a 2 line email of their status update after a month of no replies.

Sad to hear about them. I wonder if they're overwhelmed after reading about problems with their VG nic juice. I've only bought their nic juice through Gourmet Vapor during their half off sales, and it's been excellent. Gotta be responsive to keep your customers.

Shame. I have only ordered from them once and my order got to me in the UK in less than ten days. Nevertheless you are absolutely right - all businesses can have problems but it is poor practice not to keep customers informed and unforgiveable to ignore communications. Thanks for the heads up, guess my next order will be going elsewhere. Hope you have better luck with whoever your re-order with.

Case in point: I'd sent an email to vapingzone last week telling them I thought the quality of their eGo mega dual coil cartos (EMDCCs) was going down - not that I was unhappy, but that maybe they should holler at their supplier.

I just got an email about two hours ago from vapingzone saying they were sending me a free box of five EMDCCs from a new shipment and all they wanted in return was for me to let them know if they worked any better.

Now *that's* customer service.

Indeed!! Lots of businesses could use that example! Were I a business owner, I'd covet the response from customers! I would also be sure to dictate any potnetial issues WELL in advance! Kudos to Vaping Zone!!

You might want to give voidmist a whirl -- I've been getting all my nic base from them, both PG and VG, been consistently happy with quality, pricing, and speed of delivery.

I haven't been DIY'ing nearly as long as MarkFM, but I can attest to his juice. It's wonderful!! I use RTS Vapes. They've been consistent as well.

I thought RTS Vapes was the cheapest, but voidmist is even cheaper, plus they also have flavorings. Still cheaper to buy VG locally, but I think I may need to order from them next time I run out of nic juice Unfortunately the flavors are in small amounts, but it would be nice for buying small amounts to test since you're already paying shipping anyway, before you decide to buy a large bottle. (This was all a general you btw, not talking to anyone in particular; as per usual with me )

BAHAHA! If I were to try to run over rocks, I'd probably beat you to the hospital. And trust me...you gals can hit PLENTY hard. It's just not in a man's psyche to show the pain until you aren't watching.

I feel really young...until I start running.

Only as old as you feel, well, some days is better than others. But, I definitely feel better than when I smoked tobacco ciggs. And, I can breath alot easier, deeper, and better having quite also. After smoking cigs for 52 years, guess I'm lucky I'm still around at all. Most those I knew, grew up with, and worked with. . .ain't around anymore. Most due to smoking related illnesses. JMHO
