Box mod repair help

Hey guys , I'm a 2 year Vaper, & for the most part I can repair and take apart all of my mods , but recently I've started using box mods & need help repairing 2 of them herd in New York, can anyone help?

One is a SMOK & what I think the issue is a charging issue , as in the connection is pushed in, but that's just my guess , also one of the 4 Allen screws is stripped or I would have attempted the repair myself. The Second is the ICIGV9 with the color changing Led on the top , the issue w/ this one I'm not sure of, the Led screens in working condition but I think the issue may be w/ the top connect to the atty/ tank.
