Box Mod

There's a reason why Ken's Box mods are so good. Simply because it just lasts.

The money I paid for it is worth the performance it gave me... + how it survived a few hard knocks when I fumbled with it. Industrial, Simple and workhorse.

here's pictures of my box mod.... about to give way. i did not drop or abuse the mod. i believe it was stress from the battery. a smaller or thinner battery connection spring might just be the solution.

Normal wear and tear. Partly cos of the material. Flimsy imho. try asking the person where u got this if the parts can be salvaged onto a new box, with some service payment of course.

and i see some ss end caps there, lil mama maybe?

Try to use strong rubberbands to secure the part that's being pushed outwards.May look ugly but i think it may help?

lol i thought of that.... but i think trimming the connection springs might work better and maybe some hot glue or some sort of glue.

I beg to differ on the tank opinion, Vin.

Some carto tanks r leak-free (act v3/v4 - check out scott's vid review).
Also, some carto tanks provide 'anti-slip' option (buzz tank).
And some are built to last (any ss carto tank).

Just a thought.

That's what I meant by nike n adidas. All tanks hold juice, the extra features are what makes them different.

perhaps a watch analogy might help. some tanks are only Casio but some are Rolex. works the same, but different standard.

There's a nut tt locks e carto in place, so e carto won't be slip/slide down e tank.
