Put away in the cabinet I have 3 of the plastic box mods from 2 different makers. Both have been workhorses and have taken quite a bit of abuse (I drop things). They are still functional ! I did have to seal the connectors...I tend to use my attys on the wet side...juice would leak inside. They are like my secret stash ! (and I too have a mini REO now !) I love 3.7 ! I also have a 5v, but I just prefer the 3.7 !

WoW! you built one yourself! I'd love to watch someone build a simple 3.7 and learn to do it myself. I don't know why! But I do. I hate having something simple like that that I can't fix. I love the hit of 3.7.

There's a tutorial for building a bottom feeding box mod here. I built one of these yesterday. I'm not used to soldering in little boxes. Most of my soldering has been under car hoods using a big ol' soldering gun and that's all I had. It works well though.

Oh If you do decide to try this, be sure to read the parts in the thread about not using a brass tube. Also the switch he uses isn't all that safe. I used a 3 battery box with a big ol' horn switch.
