I am the one with the pen style and I love this Box mod. Lots of vapor and good throat hit. It is so cute looking. It is small and easy to carry. Holds in your hand great.
This is the one of the cutest mod's I have. Works GREAT. Also the box mod is smaller looking in real life than the pics show. That is a good thing.

Hi all
I finely found a use for that worthless cold heat soldering gun someone gave me for Xmass
Works off 4 aa battery's and has a nice led so I can tell when the battery's are running low.
I know it's a large Beast But HAY!! for siting at the computer it's a real work Horse.
I used a reset button off an old computer so I cant have a senior moment and leave it on.
If I find 4 AA bats to be to much I can build a dummy and take one away.
So far It's SMOKIN!!
Just need to let off the button about half way through a pull or it will give you such a hit your eyes will water.
Now to go try to find some cheapo menthol crystals.

after seeing this i decided to build 2 for myself. I found materials 2 do 2 pen styles for $11.09 tax included shipped at radioshack.

radioshack has free shipping over $10.00 special
just ordered the following to make 2 pen style battery mods.

The momentary switch below is a 2 pack one red one black.

The mono panel audio mount has same size screws as pen style atomizer
This will have to be modded for wiring.

the 4aa box has an on/off switch so you can put this in your pocket.

I will only be using one 14500 battery in these and will bypass the other battery slots. would have preferred a 2 aa but radio shack does not have one with an on/off switch. Did not want to bother putting my own switch.

Item: 2160405
Description: Momentary Switch
Quantity: 1 @ $3.39
Shipping Method: Standard Ground, normally 3 - 8 business days
Arrival dependent upon the shipping method selected.

Item: 2265994
Description: 1/4" mono Panel-Mount Audio Jack (2-Pack)
Quantity: 1 @ $2.99
Shipping Method: Standard Ground, normally 3 - 8 business days
Arrival dependent upon the shipping method selected.

Item: 2160160
Description: Enclosed 4 “AA” Battery Holder
Quantity: 2 @ $1.99
Shipping Method: Standard Ground, normally 3 - 8 business days
Arrival dependent upon the shipping method selected.

Yikes Guys
That 14500 battery is like $9.00 and not rechargeable. Is that the best power we can do?
How long will they last?
I do see that they would be nice in size , But $9.00 scares me. ( unemployed)

Here in Minnesota we are about to become the highest tobacco tax state in the U.S.
Talk about discriminating against a small group of people.

Deal extreme has rechargeable 14500 batteries for about $5.00 for two.
The one i bought are rated for 900mah at 3.7volts
They also have chargers for about $8.00 They do take along time to ship them.
Usually about 2-3 weeks delivery time. You can also find these at other places on the web.

This box would be ideal and would allow powering from a computer via the usb socket. However, don't connect a computer while there are batteries inside.

With the right electronics, the usb socket could allow recharging the batteries but one cannot just connect them directly!
